Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Great place. But went with a wedding party. Ordered the seafood Alfredo meal and baked ravioli appetizer. The two waiters seemed a bit overwhelmed. It was a small party as well 14 people total.
Sat there waiting as people where getting their orders and leaving and The Groom, myself did not get our meals. And our friend next to us got the wrong meal completely. She was ok with the mix up and had 2 bites and left. But the Groom he had to ask multiple times where his meal was and wound up eating after 90% of the party already ate and left. And they finally brought mine out as everyone was leaving an hour and a half later. I asked for it in a to go box. They took it away and I paid the bill. I never got my meal. I got tired of waiting and didn't want cold dry seafood. I have no clue whatever happened to my appetizer.

Needs to assign seats better. And bring food out. The two waiters kept apologizing saying the kitchen was having problems keeping up with orders.

I did get 1 breadstick though. And cake the Brides family brought in.

I have ordered catering for two years from here. First time I got it. Everything was great but they gave us about a head of lettuce for the salad and not much of anything else. I think there was one tomato. They did give us a gift card for their mistake. This year I called in for the. Same thing as last year. Which was the pasta I was supposed to get one pan of fettuccine and one pan of spaghetti and I got two pans of fettuccine noodles and no spaghetti even though the pan was marked spaghetti on top and I was supposed to get Alfredo sauce and there was hardly enough Alfredo sauce in the container to even cover one plate of fettuccine, let alone two pans of it. We did get spaghetti sauce however I wanted the spaghetti because they are picky eaters here and they would not eat the fettuccine and they wanted the spaghetti so how disappointed were we very disappointed and I’ve called in the manager, said that they would take care of it, but I’ve heard nothing from them yet. They acted like they wanted me to come and get another pan of spaghetti however I had a lot of company and wasn’t going to leave everyone to go get it and then they said they would take care of it and as of today which is December 28th and our party was the 27th Still haven’t heard anything from them. The salad was great this year it had everything but everything else was so so I was very disappointed this year and I’m not sure that I will order again next year and I spent a lot of money there in the last two years on this because we had such a good time on the first time we ordered. Thought I’d try it again, but they messed up again and had I known that I wouldn’t have left as high of a tip as I did. I even ordered more this year than I did last year but next year I think I’ll reconsider maybe ordering catering from somewhere else since I’ve not heard anything back from the managers and I think that they should have the managers check the orders before they go out and I think the people that do this should be reprimanded some way.

Brittany was the best server I think I've ever had, anywhere! She was super sweet and personable. Thank you for a wonderful dinner! Oh, and the food was wonderful. Hope your finger is healed...

Oh my goodness! No matter how many times my Sissy, and I dine at this restaurant the food keeps getting tastier, and tastier! The atmosphere is always a happy one. And, you can't help but notice all the smiles on everyone's faces, including our own.
For those of you who have not dined at an Olive Garden; do yourself a favor, and try it. You won't regret it!
Thank you Olive Garden, for not changing. And, when you do, it's always a favorable one.

I’ve been to a lot of Olive Garden locations, this one is definitely my favorite. The customer service was great, and the food tasted amazing! Highly recommend.

Food was excellent and served in a timely manner. Staff was so friendly. Parking situation was a little weird but will definitely be back to this location!

Overall pretty disappointing experience. Seems like they hire confused teenagers to run the front, the young boy who checked us in seemed very confused and honestly didn’t have much of a filter. We got sat behind the host stand, heard some mild language.

The bartender/server was fantastic. Food was average. Floor was a bit dirty, could have been cleaned better. Just didn’t appreciate if being sat with the front, hearing someone curse and complain. The other front end girl was fine.

Worst service i have ever had at Olive Garden. Hailea I. was our server. She acted like we was trash and needed to go on a diet. We always get offered more salad but she didn't offer us any. We asked for bread sticks a couple times but didn't receive them. When she brought them it was only 2 at a time. We ordered the never ending pasta. She didn't ask if we wanted a second pasta dish. She asked if we wanted a box and check. Usually we take our second dish home. That's why we order the never ending. Asked for bread sticks but she never came back with them. She asked if we paid the bill before we received the check. What made me so mad is she didn't treat the table beside us like that. They didn't have to ask for anything. She asked them. We ordered our second dish before they ordered theirs. They receive their second dish, paid their bill, and left before we got our second dish. I felt very judged. Maybe because I wore sweatpants and she thought we were poor and not worth her time. I tip really well. Especially if they are a good server. It doesn't matter we should have never been treated this way. On top of that the pasta was under cooked. I could even understand if they were busy but they were dead. She would disappear for long periods. She didn't give us the little mint chocolates but she did the other table. Usually when we get a bad server I try to think maybe they are having a bad day or don't feel good. They work hard and deserve to have a bad day. I don't think this was the case. You wouldn't go over and beyond for one table and not the next. I usually don't write bad reviews because everyone has bad days. Mine and my husband's date night was ruined. I don't know if I will be back to Olive Garden. Especially the one in Parkersburg. I didn't think if someone was under 21 they couldn't serve opened alcoholic drinks either. Apparently they don't care here. You shouldn't judge someone.

Don’t make reservations because they have no idea how to work the tables. They literally booked 3 parties of 10 at the exact time and could only seat 1 party. I’m literally writing this review while standing in the entrance after a 35 min wait. And they still have no idea when they will be able to seat us. I personally wouldn’t wait any longer with all of these other restaurants around here if it wasn’t for my nieces bday.

Just wanted to share with everyone that you guys have a wonderful server named Erica! She is a true asset to this place. Very friendly and outgoing. Never a empty plate or drink! She's a outstanding young lady.. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.. we will be asking for her anytime we come in now!! Keep up the good work Erica!!!
