I got a party box a the pizza was under cooked an it wasn’t anything extra. I called to explain they said “ maybe next time order it well done” I found that very rude, as it’s not my fault the pizza it’s undercooked. The bread isn’t bread if it’s half uncooked dough.
They couldn’t replace my pan crust either, “they didn’t have any more rectangular pizzas” I will not be coming back to this location. Management did not have a good attitude when it came to fixing my dinner. - I hope they enjoy the remake pizza I never showed back up for.

Walked in to have dinner and met with one of the rudest employees. Was informed we could not dine in and snapped only carry out. Won't be back
Walked in aftee waiting the 25 minutes for my order to be made stood at the counter for 10-15 minutes and was ignored by the female worker until a lady walked and she greeted her instantly. When I asked her if there was a reason she didn't help me first she said they help who ever comes first and there is no way she did not see or hear me come in. Then they tell me they haven't even started my order yet and that I'm going to have to wait another 20 minutes...

Disappointed. That sums it up. The crust was soggy and undercooked. The cleanliness was mediocre and the place needs a renovation. The server and beverages were okay..but how can you go wrong with fountain drinks? I'll try someplace else in the future.
EDIT: After this review I was given $30 credit on another order. I ordered the same items but in the big dinner box and everything was excellent! I know sometimes things happen and I appreciate it being made right.
Tonight I placed an order for delivery (which I normally don’t do, I always get carry out) and I felt bad about placing the order at 10:20pm when they closed at 11pm but I was already prepared to tip well and was only getting wings, a personal pizza, and breadsticks. However when I got a pizza that looked like this, wasn’t cut all the way, was clearly sitting for a while, old and chewy breadsticks, and wings that were reheated and slimy with sauce- I didn’t only regret the tip I gave but also regretted ordering anything at all! This is the 3rd time I’ve used this location and the first 2 were great but that was also day shift. I know your employees may be tired and ready to go home but they ruined my dinner and wasted my $60 to save a lowsy 15 mins if that!
Fresh and hot. Made right on time ?. This place never disappoints me. Great Pizza. Great place at night as we always order. First time today ordered during the day it was an epic fail.

I just order a bbq chicken pizza didn’t get to check it now I do it have bacon on it and there’s no way to bring it back because am on my way to another state like I’ve never ordered a chicken pizza before and it have bacon . I call you’ll are telling me that’s how it’s sell I’ve been buying the same thing from you’ll every time if it’s a mistake just say that smh
