This is how our food was delivered we asked for them to remake the cheese sticks only they where rude and hung up on my husband stating there was nothing they could do about it

Got a big pizza box it was overly greasy and just nasty I call in and was told sorry about your luck won't take care of it flat out . Asked if there was a general manager or anything she says no.. couldn't even eat it . It was so greasy

I placed my order on the app. I drove to the store while my daughter was watching the app that was counting down the time until my order was finished. I got to the store and the app told me my order would be ready in one minute to call the store and let them know I was here. When I did that, the lady informed me my whole order had been canceled. I had to re-order all my items and stand in the store and wait on everything to be cooked. I didn’t get a discount or any apology. All I got was them telling me it was not their problem. Not happy at all with the customer service!

This place is always fantastic. Sadly not the same feel as back in the 90's, but the lighting is pretty cool.The service is always great, the food fast and fresh, the staff are the nicest people you'll ever meet.One of my favorite places to go when me and my friends want to sit down and demolish a pizza. ??
