Heavenly was one of the Best Servers I have had the pleasure of having. The food was definitely not the greatest today (New Cook). Could be the reason. The Bisque was very low quality. Salmon also. But the Service from Heavenly most definitely made up for our Visit.

We arrived at 8:30 for dinner, they close at 10 pm, at 9:40 I ask our waiter how much longer for our food & he said probably 20-30 minutes, that every order for last 3-4 hours was taking roughly an hour or more! Kinda something you'd tell people in the beginning. At 9:55 we left without our meals. No management talking to us or the other 2 tables who changed theirs to go orders. Still a party of 6 just getting their food. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The worst part is for over an hour & half waiting we couldn't even conversate cause the push vacuums around us & moving of tables so the employees could get out of there in a timely manor....beyond unprofessional!! Not a good date night🙄😡

The crispy dragon shrimp was really good. Very flavorful, a little tangy and a touch of heat without overpowering. I got the shrimp your way two combo. The grilled shrimp was seasoned and cooked well, the waltz favorite was a little bland. It was really dark in the building and service was slow despite there not being that many people there. We were in a large crowd though.

The new menu doesn't have a lot of the favorites that I used to like, but I took my husband, daughter, and her boyfriend. We had no appetizers or desserts. She had 1 Moscow mule. I had 1 glass of sparkley white wine with cranberries and 4 waters. Our bill was $215. I had a $50 gift card, but I was floored. I hope Flavo Flav knew what he was doing when he bought Red Lobster because it will be a long time before we go back.

In response to reply I have made an attempt to go to the Facebook page to leave a message. However there is no way to send a message through the Facebook page. So how am I supposed to talk to anyone.

This red lobster has really gone downhill. They are lacking in staff. In the food was not as good as it used to be

Parking: Not enough food items listed for me to be able to put down what we had. However I did have the salmon bowl and I was very disappointed the salmon was dry and the brussel sprouts were a little too crunchy

It's a landlocked seafood place, so it's not going to be fresh lobster at a seaside cafe, but for what it is, they do a pretty good job of reliably delivering consistently good food. They seem to be struggling and are never busy anymore (good for us, not for them). The servers are always super nice and accommodating, but it is getting ridiculously expensive for a chain seafood place

We like to eat here every now and then. It’s usually pretty good. The lobster pizza is a good appetizer, the cheddar biscuits are yum!!! Tonight our service was excellent but our 7 oz sirloins weren’t cooked exactly the way we like them, the server offered to take it back but I don’t like to go through the hassle of that. We will be back!
