My fiance wanted to take me out for some seafood and since I had never been to Red Lobster we arrived about 4-4:30 and was seated promptly. After going over the overpriced menu I ordered the Endless shrimp you start with 3 shrimp choices then you get to choose 2 more choices which took another 15mn. My fiance had long finished her dish so that's where the endless shrimp ends..So what I thought was the best value for the dollar was just sit n wait gimmick and it worked, shame on you Red Lobster I'll never make the mistake of stopping here again..... Oh and I forgot to mention my fiance's dish came burnt and had to be replaced????

Honestly I have been to many Red Lobster restaurants from South Florida, Central Florida, South Carolina, and Parkersburg WV. For being a land lock state I wasn't really expecting the best quality but still being delicious. The last time we went to Red Lobster, my impression was undermined by poor service, poor food, and definitely not the best I've ever had. We wanted to give Red Lobster another chance for my Father and this time around I am very impressed. Even though there were only 3 tables full at 2:30PM on Sunday, the service was really good, the food was excellent, and you can definitely tell there was an overhaul for the better. Only thing I wish would change is how over cooked the fried chicken strips and clam strips were. They were a little too crispy but the flavor was definitely there to impress. Only thing that could've made a big difference is when you are leaving for the front concierge to wish you a wonderful day which didn't happen. My advice if you had a bad experience in the past which we did, give this place another chance and you won't be disappointed.

I ordered the salmon. This is one of the few places to ever cook my salmon to temp! THANK YOU!We were pleased with our entire meal. My husband really liked the coconut shrimp. The slaw was great.I was so pleasantly surprised! We had a gift card or wouldn't have chose Red Lobster.We will be back!

I use to love getting food from here but this past year, it seems like the quality has gone down. It's about a 5050. If you're gonna get good food the last couple times I ordered, I got the crab legs. And they were really salty and sour tasting and barley had any meat on it compared to how much is normally on

Morgan, our waitress was terrific, very friendly and professional! The food came out hot and great tasting! The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars is because the dining room area is kind of dark, needs brighter lighting and the temperature was cool. But the service and food were excellent!
