One of the best pizzas we ever had , and we lived in the Columbus area for over 40 years. Wait for food take awhile and got pizza before appetizers. But overall good experience. Will come back

I love your restaurant and food! Always order the Cheese Steak Hoagie and you always wrap it in foil, but today it was placed inside the togo container. Had to eat my sandwich with a fork because the juice ran all over and the bun was wet(I don’t like wet bread) BUT the hoagie was delicious. My order was take out.
The food is great! The staff leaves a bit to be desired and the atmosphere is typically just okay.

We drive electric and usually charge in Parkersburg. We ordered from Rubi’s because of the food ratings and it was walking distance to the charger. We were not disappointed. I was almost sorry we had ordered ahead, as the buffet they had laid out was amazing. But our food was also delicious and we’ll be back.

I had not been in the store since about 10-15 years ago. I told the lady at the checkout that I needed help ordering. She said what do you want, I said pizza and pasta (in my mind i meant spaghetti) she even asked me what kind of sauce I said meat plus I got a piece of mushroom and pepperoni pizza. I had my grandchildren with me, I ordered 3 strawberry and creams a kids spaghetti and a root beer. I was going to share my food with my grandson. Anyway, when then food started coming I was handed my pizza and the young lady who did not speak or understand English very well started to hand me this tri color pasta salad stuff I di not order or want. I tried to tell her I did not order that, I ordered spaghetti and meat sauce. When she took it back the lady at the front desk who took my order became livid and told me that I needed to explain myself better the next time (She was very rude) and was more interested in talking to the gentleman who had come upfront to talk to her. I asked if I could exchange the pasta salad for spaghetti. Long story short, finally the girl who did speak good English went back and got a manager and he was very polite. He asked me what I would like to have in place of the pasta salad which was spaghetti, it was just a couple minutes and he came with a bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce. I will say there was a wonderful magician there that night who kept my grandbabies entertained while I struggled to get my food corrected. I'm not sure who he was but God Bless him for being there..
