A google search for the best place to get a salad lead us to this restaurant. It wasn’t what we expected, but it exceeded our expectations completely. Super friendly, quality food, a wide variety, & plenty of food in the serving.They have something for everyone there’s no way you could leave unsatisfied.

We were back visiting in our hometown and decided to try Rubi's. We were greeted immediately in a friendly manner and the staff was very helpful by offering suggestions. The food as was AMAZING...the Italian sub was my wife's choice and she said it was best she ever had...I had the lasagna special and I was not disappointed...it was tasted as if homemade and not something pulled out of the freezer. We look forward to the next visit home if it is only for Rubi's.

What a cool experience! We were greeted as soon as we entered the restaurant and asked if we had been there before. She lead us through the whole process and was so kind and knowledgeable. The salads are HUGE and everything was delicious. Probably the best restaurant experience we’ve ever had. So much attention to detail! Definitely get the house dressing, it is divine!

Traveling through the area (on our way from Quantico VA to Cincinnati OH) and searched Google for a high-rated healthy dinner stop and Rubi’s (despite our questions about the location while navigating) was exceptional! So glad we went (slightly, in the end) out of our way to visit. Menu was lengthy, service impeccable and food quality refreshing! Thank you Google for the recommendation and Rubi’s for your hospitality!

We were warmly welcomed as we entered the building. Zac patiently waited on us while we made our meal choices. Martha kindly helped us through checkout and drink selection. The ahi tuna special tasted fantastic and was filling, my wife loved her greco salad, my son enjoyed his bambini flat bread, and we all enjoyed the freshly-made lemon infused water. As I cleaned my son's face and hands after the meal, I noticed that the bathrooms were very clean. It was a wonderful experience and we'll definitely be doing it again in the near future.

Tried this place on a whim and couldn't be happier we did! They specialize in premium salads and flatbread. It is slightly overwhelming when first walking in because they have so many ingredients to chose from for your salad. They have grilled chicken, tiger shrimp, ahi tuna, and other meats for a small up-charge. My husband chose the safe option of a grilled chicken Ceasar salad. I went a little more risky and picked the Greco salad with raw ahi tuna. You could taste very single ingredient was handled with care. We ended up liking mine best, even though his was also great. We also got the lemon infused water that comes in a large jar and poured over ice. Some of the best lemonade we have ever had. We will surely be back!

Phenomenal! Clean, fresh ingredients. The owner(?) was very welcoming and the dude who took our order was personable and nailed the suggestions. Margherita flat bread was delish as was the special spinach/beet/avo/berry salad. House dressing is incredible! What a gem! If we ever find ourselves back in the area we’ll definitely be back for more :)

Amazing, friendly staff who are extremely helpful and attentive. Dozens of organic, local food options to choose from. Their house sauce is honestly the best I've ever had and their Strawnolis are the -best-. Theres something here for everyone and courteous portions. This is one of my favourite places to eat and I can't reccomend it enough ^-^
