Great food but never going back to this location tried it five times ever single time I've gone either didn't get all my food or they mess up my order this last time I ordered five meals only two where right... get you service in check

It took 4 min to get someone to come to the speaker to take my order. I ordered 2- #11's and an extra LG limeaid. Should have been 2 BLT Toasters meals.
I sat in the drive through for 15 min. Didnt have much time to eat when I got back to work, we only get a 30 min lunch. The order was completely wrong. We got 2 chicken sandwiches, the meat AND bread felt as if it had been sitting there for 2 hours the lettuce was brown and slimy. We threw those away, they were completely inedible.
The tots had so much salt on them it was making both of our mouths burn. We ended up throwing them away as well. So basically we paid $40 for 3 drinks.
I can not get a refund since no receipt was included in my order.
Thanks to you and your crew for a job well done!
We will not be returning.

While traveling through we stopped here for a quick bite. Went through the drive-thru. Paid cash. Took the boy longer than it should have to count it. Pulled over to get our stuff from the bag and saw they shorted me a chicken sandwich. Went back and pulled into a stall since you can't go inside the building and the drive thru line at this point was long, Hit the button and told them the problem. They said it would be right out. After about 10 mins a girl came out and asked for the receipt. I handed it to her and asked her to bring napkins as the boy at the drive thru said there were some in the bag but weren't any. After about 20 mins, I hit the button to say to just give me a refund for the sandwich because we needed to get back on the highway. I was told they couldn't' serve me. Next thing I knew, 2 police pulled in on each side of us!!! Here, the person that came and got the receipt said I spit on her and they called the police!! That is a bold face lie. IF I had, why on earth would I sit there for 20 mins. waiting on my sandwich!!! Police took my statement and went inside to get theirs. Came out and said they wanted me to leave or I'd be trespassing!!!! I said I wouldn't be there if I wans't wanting on them to bring me the sandwich I paid for. Police went back in and came out with a receipt and said they put the amount back on my card!! I PAID CASH!! $27.57. He went back in and came out with cash. Was told not to come back. Well let me tell you, I will NEVER stop at another Sonic in my life after this treatment. I dont' know if water dripped from the roof overhead or what but I never spit on anyone. And when pulled into that stall in a full size SUV, it is impossible to do anyway. I don't know what they were doing but that is a horrible way to treat a customer. If someone inside needed a chicken sandwich, I would have bought them one! Surrounded by police over a chicken sandwich I had paid for and was waiting to be brought out! And yes, I did contact corporate and no one has gotten back to me.

It took 5 minutes for someone to take my order, and then wait 24 minutes for them to come with half of my order. They mixed up my order and had to wait an additional 7 minutes. I saw three cars come, park, eat, then leave in the time it took for my food to arrive.
Highly disappointing experience and terrible Sonic. Would not recommend

On our Friday night visit we pulled in to a totally empty parking lot. Thought that was odd for a Friday night. Burger King next door was hopping. Ordered our food. We both ordered hot dogs and fries. The hot dogs were not warm at all. The fries literally stunk probably from old oil. We ate about half of the dogs and no fries. After all of this we understood why there was no other customers. Someone needs to have a little pride in their reasturanunt. The food used to be good.

It's a sonic, expect no less. Location isn't too difficult to get in and out of. Don't expect them to roll up on skates like some locations used to.

We ordered 7 corn dogs a order of fries and a order of tater tots. The corn dog was so chewy and hard to bite through. You couldn't get a bite off of it. The French fries were double fried. They put them back down and burnt them., We've been there 3 times in the last 2 years. Every time the food has been awful!
Is the worst corn dog I ever ate in my whole life!
