South Side Parkersburg has the best Starbucks EVER!!! THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!! The inside and outside of the store is ALWAYS clean. I HIGHLY ADVISE everyone to stop in here at least once. You won't be disappointed! 😁

Every time I ask for light ice in my drink. When my order comes it's half full of ice. Today I ask them to remake the drink, it came out with more ice than the previous one. Almost 7 dollars for a drink that's mostly ice. Listen to your customer.

I come through 2-4 times a day the coffee is absolutely awful in the morning but amazing at night it’s horrible to have to waste 7$ on a coffee you can’t even drink and if you have it remade it tastes just as bad. I’ve never had this issue at any other location just this one

The Redcross has a blood drive in memory of my wife Sandra lawrentz. The past 3 years Southside Starbucks has supported this event with great coffee and pastries! Thank you Starbucks! You're a great friend to the community. This year we gained 77 units of blood for our drive.

Between the rude staff and the lack of menu items not available and everything and everyone in between I most certainly will not visit this store again. The poor service and poor communication about what menu items they do have and what they don't have and to talk about me as if I'm not standing there and then to scream my drink out in my face when I'm clearly the only one standing there. Then makes a nasty comment about opps I didn't see you. I'm literally the only person standing there. Lol. Now to my order. I asked for a Carmel Ice coffee with a small splash of cream and sugar. I got coffee. White. No sugar. And the breakfast sandwich was cold and put together in a mess. The cashier refuses to give me his name and kept saying Tasha. Hire some folks with some manners. Stock up on menu items if you want ppl to buy them. Or don't advertise that you do have them. It's that simple. Literally the 2 menu items I wanted they were " out of" . It's 2 pm in the afternoon.

It's hard to get a pour over hot coffee they always pull it from carafe I remember being able to pull a variety that wasn't already brewed like komodo dragon one of top 3 favorite and the batista would open that bag grind what she needed for pour over n shots off expresso serve it hot and smelling tasting amazing this particular branch has never done this for me they are not real friemdky either . Maybe as the store agrs it will get better glad to have them now we need barista
