Between the rude staff and the lack of menu items not available and everything and everyone in between I most certainly will not visit this store again. The poor service and poor communication about what menu items they do have and what they don't have and to talk about me as if I'm not standing there and then to scream my drink out in my face when I'm clearly the only one standing there. Then makes a nasty comment about opps I didn't see you. I'm literally the only person standing there. Lol. Now to my order. I asked for a Carmel Ice coffee with a small splash of cream and sugar. I got coffee. White. No sugar. And the breakfast sandwich was cold and put together in a mess. The cashier refuses to give me his name and kept saying Tasha. Hire some folks with some manners. Stock up on menu items if you want ppl to buy them. Or don't advertise that you do have them. It's that simple. Literally the 2 menu items I wanted they were " out of" . It's 2 pm in the afternoon.

It's hard to get a pour over hot coffee they always pull it from carafe I remember being able to pull a variety that wasn't already brewed like komodo dragon one of top 3 favorite and the batista would open that bag grind what she needed for pour over n shots off expresso serve it hot and smelling tasting amazing this particular branch has never done this for me they are not real friemdky either . Maybe as the store agrs it will get better glad to have them now we need barista

If you never been to Starbucks then your gonna have a hard time picking out something to drink. They should have a few sample drinks that you could try. Not big drinks just a little sip.

I stopped in to this Starbucks and waited at the register for at least 7 minutes. No service...not even a hello or a "we'll be right with you"... totally ignored by the young ladies working there. So I picked my stuff up and left. Another customer told me on the way out " they didn't even acknowledge you standing there, did they?" I said "no they didn't."Horrible customer service and rude employees. I drove 20 mins to the vienna Starbucks across town, where despite a large drive thru line they greeted me right away and took my order promptly.

I moved here from Miami and been going to the same store for 6 months , sometimes 3 times a day . Usually Frank or Noah takes care of me . Today I went through the drive through and asked for a “sick tea” ( I have called it that at every Starbucks and they know exactly what I want ). This time SAM who identifies as the manager on duty was taking the order and 2 weeks ago I had an issue with her SNATCHING my card and threw my receipt out the window because she said she was two short to reach out . She slammed the window in my face then . So today , I go to window and she had another female Gil come to window and deny me service because she heard me swear with ordering. Mind you I was on my Bluetooth talking to someone . So she used this as control to say she would no longer serve me . Then when I asked for a number to file a complaint, she gave me her personal number so she could take the complaint . Now is this extremely young immature lady really qualified to be a shift leader ?

I wish I would have got the name of the guy who waited on me today bc he was EXCELLENT! I usually go to Stoked but their water was shut off. He went above & beyond. Gave me my drink at no charge 'since I had to drive all the way out there'. Although the Frappuccino did not suit my taste, I still came home happy bc of him.

I love the large open lobby. Partners are kind and usually get the order right, which is so important. Drink are made with quality here compared to other Starbucks. When I order white mocha it is never just sitting at the bottom and I can tell they stir the drink as expected so thank you Parkersburg. I never waste my money here. Service is so fast.
