It was so dirty I walked out without ordering. the lettuce was brown. bugs flying all over the food, glass dirty, every part of this place was dirty. I don't know how it's allowed to stay open.

Online orders will never be correct. This is the second time we've ordered in the past month, and each time at least one thing is wrong with all of the three subs. There's less of everything you specify for more, and more of things you specify less of. I had two sauces on my sandwich order and they didn't put any type of sauce on it either

I am beyond disappointed I ordered through the app and I received my order the food was freezing cold after leaving a note to double toast I didn’t even receive my drink or my chips I called and called the store multiple times no answer so my and my husband drove to the store as I’m typing and there was nobody in the store and they don’t even close till 10:30 I’ve had problems ordering from the one in Belpre and now this one like come on subway

Got two subs. The six inch teriyaki had 2 pieces of chicken on it. She said that was a scoop. The girl working on 7/27/24 around 8pm was rude from the moment she came out of the back.
I've never ever had a decent door dash order from them. I just tried to give them another chance, but nope. I ordered a 6 inch ham and cheese with extra provolone, light mayo and toasted. Not at all hard, right? They gave me a 12 inch sub, they couldn't at all be bothered to toast and they couldn't even cut it halfway all the way through. Garbage. I'll put my own extra provolone on it and microwave it because that's what I deserve after the day I've had working with people in crisis situations.

Ordered food online. Subs were finished on time but they didn't even put the cookies in the oven until we arrived so our subs sat for 45 minutes and became ice cold then it took them over 30 minutes to get our cookies done and then they placed them in a bag hot and squashed them all together. I reached out to customer service to get it fixed and all I got was an oh I'm sorry, there was no offer to fix it in store at the time and was just told oh we have a new person training. I feel it should've been fixed at the time and since it wasn't the customer service should've at least tried to fix it but they didn't even offer. It was more of an oh sorry we didn't meet your expectations but deal with it. Wouldn't recommend.

I enjoy having the Italian bread Veggie sub, and my son loves the meatball sub. You can add chips, and have a delicious cookie for dessert. The Coke is always good too. Nice clean store with fresh sandwich fixings. Allow yourself a few extra minutes to get your food during rush hour.Good service. Good food. Good deal. Groovy :)
Its a subway. You know what youre walking into. Dude behind the counter was rude. Coulda done without the attitude. The sandwich was on par for the franchise.
