Ordered on the app. Said it was confirmed. Dasher arrived and was told they didnt have my order. They sent the dasher away even with screenshots of confirmation page and dashers proof. The worker could be heard telling the dasher she couldnt fill the order.then after the call ended with the dasher my order was cancelled. Maybe better training is needed? I run a fast food store in the area and we have always filled orders.

The service was crap, the girl making our sandwich wasn't listening. We got two sandwiches and a wrap and the entire time she was barely listening and was rude. She put way too much mayo after being asked for extra onion because she wasn't listening. She had a pink earpiece in listening to music or was on the phone, it took her like 5 minutes to even notice us being there. she was rude to her coworker also after she asked if she needed help. very rude and couldn't eat my sandwich.

Absolutely excellent the two young girls that were making my sandwich and other people sandwiches were extremely nice and very detail oriented even though they were very busy. I very much appreciate that. They kept their cool and really made sure everybody was happy.

I just ate at the Subway on Emerson avenue and my Sandwich artist was Vinny and he treated me and my boyfriend so great. Was amazing customer service he talked and joked around with us while working hard on his shift the sandwiches were very tasty and he just made the subway experience all around awesome I definitely will be back just because Vinny made it so enjoyable. Bro bro deserve a raise js

I want my money back or free food. I straight up told this employee he just wasted my money and he told me he didn't understand how because he asked me if I wanted veggies and he said he didn't hear me say anything. When I ordered a mexicali the way it comes like with everything it comes with 6inch he rang it up as a chicken avacado ranch and only put chicken and cheese. No sauce no avocado no nothing. On the Supreme the way it comes same thing just meat. No veggies or sauce. Does this guy not understand what the way it comes on the menu means? He works there. He's supposed to be some so called professional sandwich artist and he wasted about 20 minutes of my time for just meat on these sandwiches and the wrong cookies. I want my 33 dollars back. Honestly these are so nasty I'm not even sure if it is good enough for the feral cays I feed. Looking at the receipt again I see he also overcharged us.

The quality of this Subway location is great and I feel as sandwiches were of a substantial quality. The store was clean and the workers were polite. Social distancing rules are also in affect. Everything was fresh and delicious.
