It’s really sad when you order and pay extra for Extra beef, cheese, sour cream, which it comes with just to get some on it. It’s even sadder when after that, you still get very little to none of those basic things that come with it. The Crunchwrap Supreme ordered with extra beef, cheese, and sour cream comes as flat and dry as a pancake already costs $7 without extras is ridiculous. Taco Bell gets at least $40-$60 a week from us but it’s been modicum at best.

You cannot place orders over the phone. Until this problem is solved, I will not be eating at any Taco Bell unless I can place my order over the phone. Manager's Job: Tommy fix problems.

Our order was a takeout order done at the drive thru. When we got home and checked the bag, one of our items ordered was not there. The drink was 2/3 ice and 1/3 soda. For the price of a drink, it should be less ice and more drink.
Not sure how it’s so hard to read a screen, and get the order right? This is a constant thing. I get being busy, but different times and days with the same disappointing results. Sounds like staffing needs to be reevaluated.
Came here for lunch on 5 4 25 Ordered at 12:08 at 12:38 still not have received our food eight people was behind us that got theirs will never step foot back in there again told manager that we would like to have our money given back she said we are busy say we spent 50 minutes in there and never will be going back again

What I usually get is the nuggets and the fries, but for some reason, they decided to put the rest of the nuggets in one box instead of the ones that they need to put in a new box for some reason the food was fire though

We frequent this particular Taco Bell because it's the one closest to us. They are pretty speedy but sometimes to a fault. You may have missing items or the wrong item. In rare instances we have had stale bread products that are either hard or tuff to eat ( this doesn't happen too often) but it's disappointing when it does. They have some staff that are just not people oriented and there are a couple that are great and very helpful. I must say that most of the time our food is fresh and served fast.
