Taco Bell in Parkersburg is racist. They don’t like Black people. No one should go to that store. It should be closed down because they are very racist. I think the news channel need to go into Taco Bell in Parkersburg and review it. They not just people they don’t look out for their worker

Threw food in the bag. Went to grab a taco out of the bag and it wasn't wrapped right. Didn't get the sauces we asked for either. One of the burritos was falling apart and the nacho fries were soggy. Won't be back to this location. Really unacceptable

Parking: They have a parking lot here. With plenty of room for your vehicle. They also have handicap parking in the lot as well.
Kid-friendliness: Taco Bell is a great place to take the kids for a quick bite to eat. The staff is always friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of room to fit your wheelchair into the dining area and you can park at almost any table that you would like to.

I'd give 0 stars if I could, honestly. Every other time has been mediocre, but this time was absolutely dreadful. 40 minutes going through the drive thru, using the mobile app to order ahead, all that was in my order was a few drinks, a potato bowl, and a couple of those big cheeze-its. If we discount the time I took waiting in line, that's still 10 minutes of waiting. Additionally, I had originally ordered a freeze through the app. They were out of freezes. All of them, apparently. So they substituted a drink. I asked for a Dr Pepper to substitute and three times did the cashier try to give me a Mountain Dew instead (even after confirming I had said "Dr Pepper.")
I put up with a lot in regards to this particular location. I grumbled but didn't say anything when they decided to stop serving breakfast, I bit my tongue when items were forgotten (so I would just put my complaint through corporate for a refund or whatever,) but this was just plain disrespectful.
I went through the drive thru, my food was made quickly. It was as delicious as Taco Bell can make it. I miss the grilled Stuffed Burrito with steak. I haven’t found anything I really care for there. It’s food and open late ;-)
Food was horrible and undercooked. Had to go back to the location. Had a long wait at the counter. Returned nacho fries and got fresh soggy, wet, unseasoned fries again. Threw the fries away and won't be back. I do not recommend!

I always get the cheese burrito at many other Taco Bell locations but today was my first time at the 7th street Parkersburg WV. They made me the best cheese burrito I ever had at any of the Taco Bell locations! It was made with love 5*****
