Just went to this Taco Bell in the drive through. I paid, and even donated a dollar to the charity they told me about. Then as I’m driving away I hear the two girls at the window scream “we got a runner!” Several times. As if I didn’t pay. This isn’t the first time workers there have totally went out of their way to make the whole experience just weird and unnecessary. Unfortunately from now I’ll just make the trip to Vienna to avoid this Taco Bell all together.

Gave me 2 junior nacho fries not 2 mediums no steak in my steak burrito burrito extra meat and they took 10 minutes to get my fries and all my food was cold what service yall.........n I work at wendys yall fr.........

It's been my go to for lunch since I started this job but going to have to find a new place......the hand dryer hasn't worked in the women's restroom for over a week now, no paper towels available. Saw a worker leave the women's restroom, come out, use hand sanitizer and go to the food prep area. Gross
The workers were nice and worked quickly.. but maybe a bitttt too quick. It seemed to be a rush so im giving them the benefit of the doubt. But lmk if im trippin because these New Steak Chalupa two pack is kinda...missing the steak, AND cheese. Like I got two flatbread type tortillas with THREE. YES 3. Pieces of steak on EACH one. Idk man and then no cheese in-between the tortillas like its supposed to and advertised as. To add salt to the wound theres like 3 stems of cilantro and the Chipotle sauce thrown on top. Honestly couldn't even eat them as they were also rock hard. Idk man I just wont order this again ig 😕

I thought it was in my head but I can confirm they purposely put less meat I compared to other tacobells. The mineral wells location is way better. Also they let people vape on there store. Update: to 1 star. Go to the Vienna location.
