I have been coming to Hungry Amigos for 4 years now. I can say it is one of my favorite Mexican food places locally. The food always comes so quickly and fresh. The store is extremely clean and well kept. The people are SO friendly and welcoming. They also have a variety of so many different options to chose from. Today I tried the Carne Asada Fries and they were better than I anticipated. I will be coming back for more. Thank you for the most delicious and unique food in Parkersburg!

This was our first time here we had our 6yr old grandson with us and he loved the salsa so much he dipped his French fries in it and had to get more
WORST EXPERIENCE AT A RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER HAD!!! The “owner” or so she kept referring to herself is the rudest and most unprofessional woman I have ever dealt with in my life. Tried to pick up my food for dinner and she was very rude when I didn’t give her a heads up I was picking up at that time even though she told me on the phone 10-15 minutes and I arrived 20 minutes after for extra time allotment. To make matters worse, got home and all of my food was cold and chicken was still a little pink. When I called to complain she told me that I must have swapped something out and that I was no longer allowed to come back! Reporting to better business bureau and the health department for the horrible food and the even worst customer service. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

The food here is very good, but this restaurant does not appreciate carry out customers. First, while dining in chips and salsa are given at no charge. Not so in carry out. Not even a small amount. You pay for chips and salsa. Secondly, the "buy 7 meals and get $15 off your next meal" DOES NOT APPLY to carry out. It does not say that on the card. It only says exceptions apply. That's it. It's a terrible shame considering I actually pay MORE for my carry out (buying chips and salsa), than when I dine in (with only water to drink). How's that dining in gone for them this summer with the A/C out for 1/2 of it? Disappointed! Won't be back. There are plenty of other Mexican restaurants in our area to choose from.

Was hott when you walked in, the service was good, the food was not Mexican… very very different than Mexican, no Aqua like Jamaican didn’t shave alcohol so we couldn’t have beer. I think he had a drink was pop and tea no juice for kids. The chicken nuggets for the kids meal was like supposed to be chicken fingers and it came out to be like this cardboard tasting chicken, nugget figures. The quesadilla was OK for the kids made all the cheeseburger was all right what the greatest tasting for kids the taco salad was OK. The tamales were awful. I don’t know what who decides to put hamburger and pasta sauce on top of the tamale pork tamales, but that was very awful. No normal corn tortillas. It was just awful. I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody.

The food was not very good. The queso was sweet. I had a taco salad and it was about a lb of ground beef with only half a handful of shredded lettuce. Another member of our party had the shred chicken taco salad (same thing no lettuce). The other member had a no veggie nacho. The server was the best part.
