I always order lunch for my workers here. The owners are wonderful and are always humble. The daughter is a little snobby which wrecks the restaurant. Chicken wings aren't too great, too much black meat on the bones. Shrimp fried rice is more like a vegetable rice with shrimp. Portioning is great. Prices are reasonable with today's economy. Free 2 liter when you spend a certain amount.
This place is probably the best Chinese place that I know of never been let down. Eating here gives me the same feeling I get when I win in uno. If I could put 6 stars I would…. One love
Honestly the best little Chinese takeout place in Parkersburg with pretty decent prices. Always super nice staff and they know all of my order concoction's by heart .Definitely good people and good food! Highly recommend Happy garden if you’re craving good quality Chinese food!
