This was a quick stop, heading back to Ohio and it did not disappoint! The prices were amazing, same with the service!! I had the Cheryl dog.. it has peanut butter and a sweet sauce, I can't believe how incredible it tasted!!

The food is good. But the parking lot is almost impossible. Don’t park to the left of the building because they will ask you to move since it’s not their lot. The drive through line pretty much blocks all the parked cars and it’s super tight. I took my 5 year old son one day during my lunch break. I was pumping him up for a Rootbeer slush and hot dogs. We were told it would be 35 min for a couple of hot dogs and slushes. I was so sad for him. I would have left but I asked if I could go ahead and get two slushes for his sake. When we did get them it was just Rootbeer with a little bit of shaved ice on the top. I finally figured out why a regular customer can’t get lunch there in under 30 min. Pretty sure they get calls ahead orders for lunch for whole crews/offices whatever. They are working on filling those and drop ins don’t have a chance. If they can make that money through the call aheads, I get it. But it would be nice if they made some sort of parameters that all bulk orders must be picked up by noon so that the rest of the town can have lunch too.

I rarely get to go because my work schedule conflicts with their hours but let me just say, this is imo the BEST place in town to get hotdogs, burgers, and sides! Unless you call in ahead of time expect a wait. That isn’t a complaint but these awesome ladies make every order fresh so be patient! It’s well worth it! Keep killing it ladies, my wife and I love your hospitality and great food!

I visit the Root Beer Shack almost every weekend as I work nearby. They have such good food! I love the cheese fries, the pizza grilled cheese sandwich, and the deep fried desserts are delicious! It's very affordable, as each person can get a full meal for $8-$12 depending on what you get. I'm able to get 2 sandwiches, and some cheese fries for $12 plus tax, which hardly gets you that at most fast food places anymore, and they don't have the quality nor the service that Root Beer Shack does. The workers are wonderful. They also offer a rewards system where you can get free hot dogs, $ off your next order, etc. Its a wonderful place I highly recommend!

Great food and service. The tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich were delicious. We ordered mozzarella and ricotta cheese bites to share and they were a big hit, we had to get a second order. Another favorite was their chili and of course the hot dogs.
