The guy working there Saturday December 27th at 3:20pm was so incredibly rude I couldn't believe it! He was short and disrespectful. I asked for a peppermint mocha and he snapped at me. We left after that and dont plan on coming back. I dont understand how management is keeping this man around to represent their store.

after coming to this location for years I think I'll skip it for Starbucks from now on if I'm going to be snidely corrected when I order the coffee the way I've ordered it for 10 years then told to "just nevermind ,it's $13.50" as if I'm the idiot and not drive thru attendant MIKE , that earned a drive off and a loss of my business

I hope management sees this. The short stocky guy with glasses I believe was extremely rude and made me feel 2 feet tall about picking up some donuts. I have worked customer service my whole life and have to call him out. It was ridiculous. He huffed and puffed about having to grab an order and did not communicate at all. Didn’t offer replacements. He said like three words, and I didn’t even know if he was talking to me because of the lack of interest he had in working. I was the only customer in the building. I get it. His job can be tough at times but the number one rule with customer service is to be friendly. Especially when the customer is being friendly to you. The other employees are always very friendly. He wasn’t just having a bad day. He was being a smart ass.

I live in west Virginia and I stopped here to grab a sandwich on the way home the sandwich was so good and the donuts were so tasty themselves .I actually spoke on the phone with the manager I believe her name was Melissa just to let her know how good the food was ..she was very sweet and thanked me for taking time out to let her know everything was great .thank u Melissa and your employees ..5 stars
I love the new Nutella iced coffee, but everytime I order it they never make it right. Any other location around town does a good job, except this place. I always specify when I order that I want the Nutella cold foam, then get to the window and it's not on my drink. Hand it back and ask for the cold foam, then they don't add the drizzle of hazelnut sauce. I stopped going to Starbucks because I got tired of paying $7 for my coffee to be made wrong. Now I guess I have to stop coming here because they can't make a $5 drink right either. Even when I order simple iced coffee they either add way too much or not enough creamer and sugar. It's like roulette. I could get more consistent coffee making it at home.
