It's Wendy's was like out of The Twilight Zone. The bathrooms were oddly proportioned, the place was dead and looked cleaned but by somebody who doesn't know how to clean. And most of all my food looked good but tasted 2 weeks old, no joke I almost vomited.

Some of the staff are great but most have an attitude and talk badly about other customers while waiting for food or get an attitude when the order is wrong. I even had management cuss at me and throw her headphones cause she was "tired of everyone" when I just wanted my missing fries after pulling up and waiting. Called corporate and nothing! I gave them another chance and another employee gave me an attitude when the order was wrong, after pulling up and waiting again! I will not be going here as often anymore.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Refused to sell me a 4 for 4 unless I ordered it on mobile. I’ve bought this in their drive thru multiple times in recent weeks. Was told the higher ups won’t allow it, the cashier then proceeded to read me the dollar menu like I was incompetent. Unprofessional and inconsistent. Went to a separate location down the road and they sold me a 4 for 4 in their drive thru no problem. I’ll never go back to the Emerson Wendy’s again.
