We were in the area there on vacation this week. They are some of the nicest people you ever wanna meet. Miss Elsie is the sweetest! I really enjoyed her company and talking with her as she'd come by and wipe the machines clean. If you get a chance to stop by here, do it. I will definitely be goin back.
This is a great find. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was wonderful. The home fries with the biscuits and gravy were excellent! Everyone was super friendly. If I ever find myself in this area again I will definitely stop by.
Very Happy to find Brenda's Backwoods Grill.We were traveling through WV on our way to a family reunion and stopped in here for dinner. It was wonderful. The atmosphere is one of family hospitality. The prices are reasonable and the portions generous.Of note is he fried bologna sandwich. It is a thick slice of crispy pan-fried bologna on their fluffy homemade white bread. Get it with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. If you are not local (as I am not) this might sound weird....
