I travel all over Appalachia, and wherever I go, I try the local pizza joints, this is by far the worst pizza I have ever had, I have had frozen pizzas that this pizza cant even compare to, not only that I ordered a large extra pepperoni, im positive the didnt even put any extra on the pizza, I also ordered a white veggie pizza, neither one of the pizzas had any flavor, the crust was horrible sauce was bland with plastic cheese pepperoni tasted like plastic and it was over $35 for garbage! I would highly recommend better ingredients!

Absolutely impressive food! Best garlic Parm wings I've had! Meat lovers pizza was loaded with high quality toppings and the crust was phenomenal. Stumbled into this place while staying at the blackwater falls State Park and have no regrets! Seek this hometown family pizza joint out!

I ordered a veggie pizza and a chef salad. Danielle Holland took care of my order and she was just awesome...she made a pitza of several toppings and with each bite full of selected favorites... and the salad weighed a ton and was also full of flavor!!! I asked for the house dressing of ranch flavor it was awesome!!! Thank you Danielle and staff

The food is pretty good here. I highly recommend the jalapeño poppers because they are by far some of the best I've ever had. That being said, be prepared to wait when checking out or if you come to pick up an order. I think I was on hold for a little over 25 minutes on the phone when trying to place an order. When I went to go pick up the order, I think I was standing at the front for about 10 minutes before someone came to the front. In their defense, I do think they might be understaffed because it doesn't seem like they are ever just standing around. In fact, it seems like the employees are working hard to get things done. Overall, I still recommend MR Pizza and will definitely be back!
