Nicest people and super good food. A little expensive ( for my situation) so we save it for a special treat, because it is, in fact, a very special treat.

I laugh leaving my review, but we stumbled on this gem after our navigation took us down twisty roads that left one child very car sick. We pulled into this place to get some fresh air and lucked out with an out of this world apple pie! Thank you for your kindness and amazing pie!

This is a great little restaurant, has great service and food and the prices are reasonable. FYI it only has outdoor seating, or you can do take out.

We rented a cabin just up the mountain side from here. Staff is beyond friendly and personable! Breakfast was so much better than any fast food restaurant you’ll ever get, and the ice cream sundaes are made perfectly! If we ever get back to the area from Ohio again we will definitely be back!

Super cute local little bakery with yummy stick-to-your-ribs breakfast eats. Staff was super sweet and hard working!!I had the biscuits and gravy and every aspect tasted phenomenal and home made like your granny used to. I had a sausage egg and cheese bagel as well, with a canola that was the standard for how Canoli's should be made. While you wait for your food the place is decorated with local history lore about the town and surrounding areas. Anyone who passes thru Paw Paw should patronize the place!

Excellent food- fresh and homemade, which can be hard to find here in this part of WV. I’ve been a few times- had the chicken parm and the steak and cheese. Both dishes were awesome. Tonight we split a cannoli as well. Holy cannoli!!! Super friendly owners and great food make for a wonderful spot. We will be back!

Biking C&O and camped 2 miles away at MP 157. Super friendly staff, glad to fill water bottles and chat about recently opened tunnel. My adult son and I both wanted piggy Mac, pulled pork on Mac and cheese. They suggested a large to split and it was more than enough but we ate it anyway. Pulled pork was really good. Very reasonable prices. Ice cream and pastries looked good but we were full and had treats at camp if needed. We sat outside on porch (only outside seating) and talked with some other cyclists. Seemed to be popular with locals too as several people pulled up to pick up carry out.

We ate dinner here after riding the C&O from Cumberland. The seating is outdoors, and we were able to get two picnic tables under the canopy, which was perfect since it started to rain. Our group had the pesto chicken sandwich, pulled pork BBQ, Mac & cheese, salads, and milkshakes, all which were great. The staff was really friendly, helpful, and brought out the food to us. The dinner menu ended at 7 pm on the day we were there. I'd recommend biking or walking through the neighborhood instead of going on Route 9 which doesn't have great shoulders at that spot. This isn't a fancy spot, but it was just perfect for our group, so I'm giving it 5 stars.

Refreshing to encounter such well-mannered, professional, and polite young people running the front end of this operation. Wonderful outdoor dining experience in a beautiful little mountain town! Worth the scenic drive, alone.
