They need to retrain the people on night shift. Went there about 3 times and the same guy on night shift took the code for the rewards and all 3 times messed it up. Took the points but said it didn’t respond but on the app it took the points. Guess will have to get another person to do it.

I ordered chicken nuggets and a cheeseburger happy meal. Waited longer than I should have to get my food. I was given sweet tea instead of unsweetened. French fries was over salted.

I've done the drive throu 3 times now while traveling through. Each time I was asked to pull up and wait. Every single time my order has been incorrect. Last night I ordered 2 big Mac's, a number 7, a 10 piece nugget and a fish sandwich. When my food was brought out we pulled out because the wait had already put us 20 minutes behind. Going down the road and handing out food we realized that we were short the 10 nuggets. Next time I'll wait the extra 15 miles and go to moorefield McDonald's.

Went in once with a friend, and he found a hair in his sandwich and my sandwich was a mess and looked like a child made it. The second time, went in with a different friends, and had to ask more than once for our drinks, they gave us no napkins, no ketchup and the fries were so hard, and the nuggets were dry and disgusting! These two visit did nothing more than serve to remind me why I hate going to McDonalds! Not to mention, none of the staff smiled or greeted us! I bet cooperate doesn't want to read this review! DO BETTER!! If I could give no stars to the service and food, I would! I do NOT recommend this McDonald's to anyone!

Their french fries last night were so coated in salt that they were inedible. I tried scraping the salt off of them just so I could eat them but even then, I couldn't. I was very disappointed.

First off tha hippie guy taking my order with tha slightly crooked eye yo he was super nice and polite and didn't mess up that order I was a few cents short he covered it great employee hands down good guy food was good fast as it was my boss amd myself so we needed fast that day just got done doing 2 jobs but that guy hey thanks
