Ordered pizza with a mix of toppings. Girlfriend has allergies, can't eat some meats. Arrived at the time pizza was supposed be ready, talked to person at the counter, said it would be ready soon. Waited 30 mins, pizza was in the warmer the whole time, and came with toppings on wrong parts of Pizza so girlfriend could not eat it. Waste of time, disappointing service.

Update March 28, 2024 hats off to tonights kitchen staff 5 stars!!! I finally got my extra toppings!!! Thank You to whoever made my pizza!!!I love pizza hut, but this location only gets 3 stars because every time I order a carry out order with extra pepperoni and pineapple, I never get them!!I purposely ordered a pizza with normal toppings just to compare them and you can't tell a difference. So I arrive home 25 minutes later to feed my family and surprise you didn't get what you paid for, yes I could open the boxes there and check them, wait for another 4 pizzas to be made while my breadsticks are getting cold but I'm normally in a rush and don't have the extra 20-30 minutes to wait for food that should have been correct the first time.
on 3/9/24 about 6:27. I ordered 1Super supreme pizza and an order of boneless wings 16 count to go. The dinning room had trash on tables the whole time i was there, the pizza i ordered was about 80% raw. I drove from Franklin WV for pizza hut never again
Food was good. It just like Pizza Hut was many years ago when the sit down restaurants were still in abundance. Now days theres hardly any of the sit down family Pizza Huts around. Which is sad.Have been here 2 times both times had good experiences.
