This is our 2nd visit to the outstanding BBQ Joint. Everything we have had so far has been amazing. Must tries: Ribs, Brisket Plate, Brisket Nachos and Pork Belly Burnt Ends. Some of the best BBQ and some of the most amazing people you will meet here. We plan another visit before heading home.

Friendly service. Even better food. We had crab legs and they were delicious. Tried almost everything on the menu. And all was great. Although they were out of ribs for the day. Soho early if you want ribs. I will definitely go out of my way to make a trip back here.

Some of the best pulled pork I ever had. All the food is amazing, including their sides. The staff are so friendly, you feel like you’ve known them for years. I HIGHLY recommend this place. On of my all time favorites.

We had the brisket plate, pulled pork sandwich, Cuban sandwich, and the baby back rib plate, our sides were green beans, au gratin potatoes, and mac n cheese. Everything was delicious and generous portions. Wish this place was in our town, so we could come back. It was great that they had picnic tables for us to eat at since we were traveling.
We came up to Dolly Sods for a day of hiking. After our hike we rode to Petersburg and found the twisted pig. So happy we decided to go into town. The BBQ was amazing! We ordered a pulled pork platter and a rib platter. The meats were cooked to perfection. The meat was tender and moist. The au graten potatoes were delicious. My husband loved the dirty rice.
The staff members were all super friendly and made you feel like family. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you for the enjoyable stop at your BBQ stand!!!

Take out only - a picnic table outside- but service was fast and friendly. This native Texan gives the tender, smoky brisket two BBQ sauce covered thumbs up! Green beans were fresh and cooked the southern way- low and slow with pork. Yum! My husband got the brisket baked potato which was as big as his head. Lots of brisket, jalapeno flavored cheese and a soft, delicious potato. Portions are generous and prices are very reasonable. I would give 4 and 1/2 stars if possible. My only disappointment was the generic, not -homemade potato salad. I will definitely be back to try the other meats and sides. Maybe they can get someone local to make good potato salad for them?

We don't often get to Petersburg. We happened to be there a few days go and went to Twisted Pig on the spur of the moment. We had their awesome Cuban sandwiches. Based on that experience we decided to get the family brisket package and a rack of ribs for the super bowl.
The brisket is delicious and not dried out, the ribs literally fall off the bone and their barbecue sauce is great!
Now we have a reason to go to Petersburg more often. If you're going that way, don't sleep on this place.
Definitely a 5 star place!

We don't often get to Petersburg. We happened to be there a few days go and went to Twisted Pig on the spur of the moment. We had their awesome Cuban sandwiches. Based on that experience we decided to get the family brisket package and a rack of ribs for the super bowl.
The brisket is delicious and not dried out, the ribs literally fall off the bone and their barbecue sauce is great!
Now we have a reason to go to Petersburg more often. If you're going that way, don't sleep on this place.
Definitely a 5 star place!

I got their shrimp, coleslaw and hush puppies as a special and it was hands down the best! Shrimp was great and good in size. Will always go here for food especially brisket and pulled pork.
