Was greeted pretty rudely by the owner until I held cash, asked for a cup of chili and some cole slaw and after about 15 mins was given a half full cup. Not to be rude but in addition I was told the chili was “amazing” but to be completely honest it taste like generic canned hotdog chili from any other store.

5 stars for being an All-American country diner. The friendly owner came out and greeted our table, welcomed us and took our order. She was very generous with her time and made us feel at home. The food was very good and well proportioned for the price. We’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I just bought in the area and thought we would try it out.
I had the chicken livers as an appetizer…OMG they were the best I have ate since my Mommas 25 years ago!!!! I will be returning and often!!! We also had the cheeseburger… The bun was so fresh and the onion was the star…all had that homemade taste ! We also took the Mandarin Cake home for a late snack….it was delicious! I’m leaving her my phone number to call me the next time chicken liver is the special! Everyone was friendly and made our day!

My family and I truly enjoyed visiting C&C Diner, while staying in Lindside on a mini vacation. Our family got plenty to eat on our way into town and loved it so much we returned for a second time to have breakfast on our way out of town. Our kids talked about going back our whole trip. Cute little small town restaurant, food was amazing, amd had good service, got a few things on the order wrong but it's no biggie. Took food out to go and didn't realize until after getting home that not all the food was there. But hey, we are all human. Will be back for more
