Hamburgers and hotdogs are great. Potatoe soup is my favorite. Salad bar very good. Buffet always good. Home made desserts. Rolls wow.

Buffet was delicious. We just left and paid cash. Funny thing is that the waitress/ cashier rang up the couple in front of us. She took our cash and struggled with giving us change ..... Because she did not ring us up on the register???

Had another wonderful experience here tonight. Love love love the chicken livers. Whoever is raising the young man named Skylar tonight that got our drinks you are doing an amazing job. He interacted with my three year old. He was so generous and polite. He even gave her a little stitch bracelet, a cupcake and some hersheys kisses. I hope this young man sees it and knows he is very much appreciated! He made our night.

The best breakfast around! My and I stayed in a cabin near by and wanted some good home style cookin, this is just the place! The biscuits are great, would recommend! Make sure you stop by if you come into town!!

First I called to place an order but as soon as she picked up I was greeted with a rude hel-LO which then she continued to hang up before I could a word out. So just to place an order for pick up I had to make the order face to face. Then my “loaded” baked potato was just a normal baked potato and my chili cheese fries which I asked for extra cheese on came with no cheese. The only thing that was right on my order was the microwaveable corn dogs I can get at the store. One thing about this place is it’s definitely worth the cheap prices bc the food isn’t worth normal economic prices.
I want to say it is great because it is a small restaurant in a small town, but my experience was not great. My parents had the buffet, and I ordered a corn dog and fries. My parents had eaten from the buffet twice, plus their dessert, when I was finally able to flag down the waitress to ask about my food. She said she would check. Comes back out and says they are working on it. A family that came in at least 20 minutes after us ordered from the menu and got their food quickly. I ended up telling her to cancel my order.
I hope it was just an off day. Give them a try and decide for yourself.

Hometown was a good place to go, and we were looking forward to the food. I'm sure they were short staffed today, but customers were herded to the back room. People had to share tables, so that was awkward, and then after water was delivered they seated two other "tables" after, and took orders for people that were seated after us. so we left and went across the parking lot where we were welcomed with a smile and orders taken promptly.
