Great place for small town charm
I specifically asked if hot dogs were grilled or boiled. I was told grilled, so I ordered one. Was not grilled, Cole slaw and chili tasted like grocery store slaw and chili. So disappointed in my hotdog quest while 4 wheeling.
Great food
Great food, even better prices. One of better small town restaurant experiences I’ve had anywhere in this country. Food was fresh, the veggies on the burger seem like they were just picked only hours ago. As someone from Oklahoma, where pulled pork is a big deal and we’re picky on how we like our barbecue, the pulled pork was phenomenal. I was very impressed with the slaw on it as well.
The prices were amazing, I haven’t seen somewhere this fairly priced in years.
Service is good, I was confused on how the restaurant operated at first (order at counter vs. sit down and order). I was sleep deprived and not firing on all cylinders and the man working behind the counter still provided great service.
The atmosphere in here was authentic and pure, and you can see how tight knit this community is. The instant I opened my mouth it was apparent I’m not from the area, but the environment made it feel as if I was being treated as a guest in their home. A nice touch was a local elderly couple offering me some of their pizza just out of the kindness of their hearts. You see stuff like that less and less these days, so it was nice to see places where a sense of community is strong.
If you find yourself traveling through southern West Virginia and need a quick bite somewhere, I can’t recommend this place enough.
I’m going to put in a recommendation to the West Virginia board of Tourism that this place be promoted by them. Food is a great ambassador, and this place represents West Virginia in a great light.
A true little gem in the middle of Pineville, albeit it is easy to miss, so keep a sharp eye out for it. I always look forward to stopping for a great meal when I visit the area. Service is a very homely like feel, where you’re treated like someone they’ve known for years.
Great food and better customer service! We stop here just for the pizza!
Food is good but the service is terrible

They're nice for a reason. Ronnie Miller was nice to a buddy of mine when they stayed at a Myrtle Beach motel when my buddy suddenly woke up to Ronnie Miller pouring toxic substance in his mouth.

Good service, very slow though. I got a sandwich and some corn, and while the sandwich was warm, the corn was cold. Very good otherwise.
Vegetarian options: They had a small selection of vegan options

I visited the cast iron grill and my expectations were not high or low considering how relatively new the place is. Although, I was disappointed with my visit. After my order was placed I had a 45-50 minute wait to get my food which was not the greatest. There was only 3 other people dining in at the time and one take out order was placed during this time as well. The food itself was okay(I got the chicken and dumplings special w/ fries). It wasn’t great, but it got the job done. Plus the service was alright. Overall, mediocre experience. If you are tight on time, I’d advise eating elsewhere. If not, it’s an okay choice.

Great little place hidden right in the middle of Pineville with a wide range of dishes on the menu plus daily specials to choose from.

Great place great food. Some of the nicest people in the world own and work there. If you want good food try this place out. You won’t be sorry you did, you’ll be sorry it took this long. God bless.
