Everything we order is delicious but they are so slow and it always feels like we are bothering them. The attitudes are ridiculous. Also can we normalize giving napkins at the drive thru please?

When I get to come back home, I always have to come by here at least once just for a blizzard. It’s one of the very few places in this area that’s stayed the same. As always, 10/10.

They said they would deliver our food, 20 minutes later we find it sitting beside the register without the condiments. The ice machine was empty the entire 40 minutes we was there!! I wouldn't give them a whole star but it won't let you put less!!!

One of the best fast food experiences I've had anywhere in years. The lady at the drive through window was friendly and kind, the food was incredible. Everything was hot and fresh and they have old school XL drink cups! My bbq tenders were put inside a box inside the box that held the rest of my food. Here in Beckley they just throw it all inside together and everything gets covered in bbq sauce ? It was just an excellent experience and I wanted someone in management to know!

Good food but the menu on the app needs to be fixed cause it's too retarded to understand and the way they word the food descriptions are worded like they was wrote by a mentally challenged person who write it in

Staff was great but it's the choice of drinks they have a soda machine in the lobby approximately 7 foot from cash register but yet if you don't go inside those flavors are not available. Like if you order online or over the phone you can't purchase them , he'll they don't even say they have them ...shame.And chicken strips in the chicken strip basket is so crunchy if you have no teeth or have dentures forget it the 3 peice strip basket you might get 1 peice maybe 1 1/2... now the desert is to die for
