Food was good but the place was filthy it was bridge day weekend but the tables had crumbs where they sat us and tons of food on the floor the view was appreciated especially since we were placed in a pet patio room at the playground but booked a balcony - I even called to confirm the balcony and view and arrived to be told they are sold out and can’t move me - no more than 20 cars in the lot and lots of empty rooms but it is what it is I wont come back to this park

A profoundly harrowing experience. The heater is on despite heat outside. One expects Eric Andre to pop around any corner. The menu is designed, evidently, by a mad, all powerful toddler who enjoys his yellows and reds. My blood pressure is exploding and the snorlax I was hunting ran away. Truly the sequel of the Hindenburg.

My husband and I were at the lodge for the weekend and ate here twice, our meals were most delicious both times!

The location and facilities was wonderful. The experience with wait staff was horrid. Barely got sat down after 15 minutes of standing around waiting on the staff to say anything. Got seated. Never seen a soul. Some other server brought us drinks. The salad was fantastic. Very simple but very good. Hope then died with that glimmer of light. First time n my life I about left a place without paying. The hot buffet? Holy smokes get the Tylenol out. Meat loaf. Ok. Tempura shrimp, Philly cheesesteak egg rolls, Brussel sprouts, corn on the cob, sweet potato casserole, sweet potato fries, cherry cobbler. How does one fix a plate out of those ingredients? It just sucked. I’ll come back when there is new management, wait staff and cook. Pathetic of a place with nothing but potential in a beautiful environment.

Had an amazing dinner here tonight. Service was excellent and they really care about your experience. Patrick came by to greet us and we could tell he takes pride in customer service. Spoke to Chef Kevin and complimented him on the food, and he deserved the compliments. Such great people working here. We ate from the buffet even though the trout on the menu was hard for me to pass up. The buffet was so good and fresh it was like ordering off the menu. 10 stars. We hope to visit tomorrow as well. Didn’t take pics as we were too busy enjoying the views and food.

We did not realize that the menu was limited to the buffet, but it offered enough of a variety for all eight of us in our group, and everything I tried was delicious, and the grandsons loved the desserts.

The trout dinner was fantastic. Well seasoned, no bones, 8 ounces, and WV caught. The views out of the windows is hard to beat, overlooking the river canyon below.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was good, views from our table were outstanding. My cocktails were good as well. We'll definitely be back.
