Worth the drive to celebrate a special occasion. They have traditional Southern food with some interesting twists, and save room for dessert.

This was the most elegant spot in the area and I brought my beautiful woman to decorate it further. Very cozy, fantastic service, light music and phenomenal vittles. The fried green tomatoes were some of the best I ever had. We finished the meal by fighting over a piece of lemon meringue pie. It was worth fighting for.

A true gem in Pipestem! The prime rib was outstanding and Alexander provided first rate service. We will be back the next time we are in the area. Highly recommended
You will not be disappointed.

Went there with my two daughters Saturday, 10/12.
The atmosphere, view and food were very good. BUT, our reservation was 6:00 and we didn't get our food until 7:35. We had to ask for water and then later ask for bread. They need more help, maybe another chef, and more wait staff. The fact that we had to wait so long is the reason why we won't return.

Basic menu, enjoy great food overlooking rolling pasture in the shadow of the 850 year old oak tree. Filet is my favorite, but everything on the menu is good

Had the absolute pleasure of dinning at the Oak Supper club last night. Had high expectations and they were all met. The bartender Alexander was very friendly and helpful, also was our sever for our meal. He did a excellent job !
The chef even spoke to us before, during and after our meal. Very rare for that to happen.
Place is spotless and very warm feeling.
Had the pleasure of meeting the owners as we left , very nice people.
The food was hot and tasty, also presented nicely.
Would highly recommend a trip there, you won't be disappointed.

Had dinner here with a large party of 7 night. Reservation was for 7:30 and we were seated right away. The restaurant is very cute and the servers are great. The problem was it took 2.5 hours to receive our meals with no explanation from management. My filet was good but others who got salmon said it was very salty. There were parties that came in after us who were finished their meal before we even received our food. We understand that things get busy and that large parties are difficult, but at the very least we would hope management would recognize the concern and address it properly, especially given the prices (the filet with shrimp was $65). They did not. Sad to say that we will not be returning.

Love The Oak, family owned, quality food, good service, one of our favorite places. Do yourself a favor, try it, by the way the real live Oak tree is worth the evening!

The food and wait staff were excellent. However I wouldn’t eat here unless you enjoy spending you whole life waiting for your food from the kitchen. 2 hours solid, from placing our order till the entrees came! While I know good food takes time, that’s absolutely ridiculous! My wife actually became ill waiting for our food and couldn’t eat it when it came. My eight year old asked the waitress why it was taking so long and was told there was only one cook. The manager/owners hung around the bar drinking and not helping the kitchen, drinking, provided no explanation, and generally acted like this was normal. It would have been faster to go buy the food at the supermarket and cook it from scratch. The experience ruined Mothers Day for our family and I will not go back unless there is a change in ownership/management.
