If you have all evening to wait on cold food maybe this place is for you,,but if you want good food that's hot and waiting on you then better go somewhere else.Point pleasant wv is the worse choice you can make.If you order thru doordash the employees will tell the dashers your order IS NOT their priority,,so the extra you pay will only get you a longer wait time and colder food.SHOULD BE ZERO STAR!!!

Took a road trip break all the way from IOWA ♡ good food- service was GREAT. Everyone was friendly - don't have a changing station for littles is the only thing I would recommend ♡ THANK YOU!!!

Telephone order.. 25 min. Went to pick up no one had a clue. Jr Roush needs to retire. Very ignorant! Said: I’ll put you one in. Like doing me a favor, we was doing you a favor pal, never get my business again… not the first time but the last

People are rude and slow I don't mind slow noone wants to work but don't be rude to everyone that walks in the door it's just bad business in my opinion

Enjoyed our lunch there before going to the Mothman Museum. There were 5 children with us 7 adults. The food was excellent and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend Gino's.

Parking: The parking lot was large. I didn't count the spots. We were in 4 cars and there was still many open spots.

Kid-friendliness: The kid's food came out first. So they were eating first. The cups were covered, so no mess. The staff was very friendly with the kids

On our way to Virginia Beach from Cincinnati and we stop here for lunch. We got a garden salad and large pepperoni pizza and it was all delicious. The salad was fresh and the pizza was hot and cooked perfectly. If we find ourselves in area will be back for sure.

Placed my order, paid, and then made it to the store 30 minutes later to be told they had not started it yet so I left after telling them I would be back for it. 30 minutes later I send my husband to pick up the order only for him to sit in the drive thru ignored and then they proceeded to tell my husband it had been picked up already and my husband had to argue with them. Almost two hours now and the level of incompetence and disrespect from the crew has made me decide I will never order there again. I will take my business to Giovanni’s down the road. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I tell you that since I entered I received magnificent attention, I was not very sure how the food would be but I started to feel good, then the garlic bread arrived which was spectacular, and each of the dishes we ordered were delicious, I I would recommend this place to everyone, family and respectful atmosphere, very attentive waitress 5 out of 5, I felt at home.
