Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House

Very good pizza good crust and I like that tomato sauce. The only thing is I asked them to cook the pepperoni on top of the cheese. They are more than willing to do that for me. I am from Rhode Island and that's the way they cook the pizza the pepperoni on top of the cheese. They definitely have a good tomato sauce. The whole family loves it

The 3 times my boyfriend and i have been here we set in the drive thru for 15 minutes before anyone even comes to acknowledge us at the window and 45 minutes waiting ont be good after placed the order online 30 minutes before we get there!! this place is absolutely ridiculous.

The food was great and I can’t praise the staff enough. I ordered close to closing time. What the store received wasn’t exactly what I ordered online (I ordered sauce on the side, their ticket stated tossed). I mentioned it just to make them aware of a potential online ordering bug, not expecting them to remake anything. They happily insisted to remake my wings even though it was already a few minutes past closing at this point. Even offered me a free drink while I waited. Outstanding customer service.

You should not allow dogs in the restaurant that are not service dogs

I am from south Louisiana and we came up here and this is the first time I have tried this Gino's place. The chicken bacon ranch pizza was the best pizza I've ever had in my life. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was pretty good. We loved the pricing of the food and you definitely get what you pay for. It was delicious and amazing we loved it

I drive 2 hours from Columbus Ohio just to get Gino’s. I’m from Fayetteville West Virginia and grew up on this pizza and wing. Can’t find anything like it in Ohio.

Terrible place,,very poor service unable to complete orders in timely manner,,very unprofessional of handling food with multiple people placing bare hands in food boxes,,lying to customers about length of time for food prep hour and a half waiting being told 15 minutes it be ready over and over,,using excuse a $200 order came in so they forget all other orders and flat out lie to customers about times.

We always eat some goodies with every1 each new year's ♡

If you have all evening to wait on cold food maybe this place is for you,,but if you want good food that's hot and waiting on you then better go somewhere else.Point pleasant wv is the worse choice you can make.If you order thru doordash the employees will tell the dashers your order IS NOT their priority,,so the extra you pay will only get you a longer wait time and colder food.SHOULD BE ZERO STAR!!!
