If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed a mobile order for breakfast and I was a few minutes late to get my order. I was yelled at by the staff for not knowing that I had to be on there lot by 10:30 to receive my order and was told I either get something else or lose my money. They refused to offer me a refund for my money even after I told the staff I didn’t want anything else. I could understand being understanding if the staff was a little more compassionate and didn’t act like I was an issue as soon as I pulled in but it’s the fact that from the time I got there I was treated like I didn’t know anything and that I should’ve known policies that aren’t stated on the mobile app anywhere.

Sadly I'm ashamed to admit McDonald's is my favorite place however the last two time there my food was cold. I had ordered a regular coke with my order and they gave me diet so I told them at the window and I had to pay extra for the drink I ordered that they got wrong. Definitely need help with training people and customer service. I won't be coming to this one I will go to gallipolis or Pomeroy. The food is always much better at those locations.

This McDonald's looked nice from the outside but that's about all the positive I can give. They took forever to even take our order. They were out of straws, toilet paper in one stall, paper towels in women's bathroom, ice, sweet tea and any frozen drinks. Our order wasn't right, either. The workers mostly acted like they would rather be doing anything but helping the customer.
