No one would wait on the drive thru , I waited for over 8 minutes. The girl was unpleasant. Forgot part of my order. When I went back they said I never ordered anything else. There were NO customers in the store. Two vehicles behind me pulled away because of the wait.
This is why businesses are closing.

The employees here work their butt's off to make sure everything is exactly the way the customer wants it. They are extremely friendly, kind, respectful and go out of their way to make customers feel welcome. On 8/21/24 in the late afternoon, I was picking up an online order when I witnessed the 3 girls working being treated like dirt by an older couple who also placed an online order. Unfortunately, the couple placed their order incorrectly, and listed what they didn't want as apposed to what they did want. The girls made the order exactly as it was placed. This couple then went on to belittle and badger these girls demanding their food be remade, all the while harassing them, talking down to them and verbally abusing them at the counter while they did what was asked of them. The girls not only kept their composure, but did so while remaining friendly and pleasant. So I am writing this reveiw to commend them for their ability to behave better than most grown adults would in such a stressful situation. Also, SHAME on you to the older couple who felt they had any right to treat these employees in such a nasty manner. Management should be aware.

I absolutely love this subway! A few of the guys at work have ordered from them using various food delivery services and we are always impressed. Most restaurants that use these services I feel treat online orders like the customer isn't here so the food doesn't need to be perfect. Not this subway! Always fresh always exceeds my expectations. Thank you so much for your hard work during busy lunch hours and still making great food!!

Threw my sandwich in the trash!In general this place has really taken a dive. Firstly, the new tile on the floor is a trip hazard. Secondly, the food quantity (specifically the vegetables) was wilted and transparent in texture. Lastly, the online order mixed with the drive-thru, mixed with the store customers has really mucked up the process and now it's a place I least desire to spend my short precious lunch time.Also, the staff is under trained on many levels but especially on how to handle a vegetarian sub sandwich and even after requesting to clean the meat knife before handling my sandwich she not only didn't change her gloves but went ahead and ran it through my sandwich which I just threw in the trash.
Vegetarian options: Don't order here because they don't respect the fact that a vegetarian doesn't want meat to touch their no-meat food. I think it's ignorance, not intentional.

Made an online order and when I picked up my food they had made it wrong. Employee told me that is how I ordered and I told him no and showed him what I ordered. He then proceeded to ve very rude and still did not get my order correct.
