Got a Mexican pizza there and it tasted like it was spoiled so I called them and went in and they made me a brand new one and then after I ate it it made me sick throwed it back up

The Taco Bell in Point is always a disappointment...today 12/2/25 around 415 I went thru and ordered some tacos, nachos, and a chicken ques...my main issue was the nachos! The chips tasted HORRIBLE! Like old, dirty oil or something! And my teenage son didn't even eat the tacos etc because the taste was just off...I dunno why but everytime I go here rather than Pomeroy I regret it...everything just doesn't taste good...I dunno why...with it being a new building etc you'd think it would be the best one around but nope...plz do better! The $ is just not worth it!

I have alpha gal syndrome and I greatly appreciate the staff being willing to change gloves, make the order on paper instead of directly on the line to help reduce the chance of cross contamination! They were super nice about it and still warned that there is a chance but they followed protocol to help reduce my risk! Thank you for going above and beyond!

Just went here today for a stacker with no meat and add jhalopeno sauce and it was a tortilla with the sauce no shredders cheese no nacho cheese and the wrong sauce
Good food with relaxed atmosphere. Pretty standard for Mexican restaurants in this area. The building and dining areas are nice and offers some privacy depending on seating location.

They always mess up my order. I've gotten the street tacos a couple times and only got like one maybe two pieces of chicken in a taco I went and showed it to them and they made some new ones and they were amazing after they made the new ones My daughter got a crunch wrap for breakfast and it was Tiny it was almost $6 for this tiny little Crunchwrap. You know it pisses me off when you walk in and there's no one at the front counter to greet you you have to take your own order and then pay high prices and get crappy food the people that work here are awesome and I want to help you do your order and everything else but they just suck at making tacos
