There was a worker who was being extremely rude and talking to me like i was stupid. I told her she was being rude and to stop talking to me that way. Because she was trying to argue with me about how much half of my tickets would be i had 900 and she was trying to tell me itd be 200. I was trying to be nice n tell her that i had 900 so itd be 450 and she CUTS me off with an attitude saying "No it'd be 200" then the manager comes over and asks if there a problem n i just tell her what happened and she acts like its my fault n tells me i should have gotten her n everything when all i said to the girl was that she doesnt have to talk to me like im dumb and told her she was being very rude. Especially when she was wrong the whole time and i was trying to nicely explain it to her. Dont reccomend. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially on the managers part

The pizza party place is pretty cool. My kids love to go there for the food, an especially for the games. They get so excited when they get tickets to cash in for prizes. They all 4 have asked to have their birthday parties there this year.

Kid-friendliness: They are awesome with the kids.

All the staff was super friendly and helpful,if we needed anything they were right there to help . Was told the food was amazing from everyone ,couldn't eat it my self due to some allergies, but was told it was great! Great environment for kid of all ages to play , some of the machines took actual cash but most took coins . But overall great place definitely going back and taking the family!!

Went to a birthday party at Pizza Party Plus, the employees were fantastic! Some games were out of order, but that's to be expected. But they get 5 stars from me for the food alone. I ordered the Italian sub, and it was literally the best Italian sub I've ever had!

This is a great place to go in the area of Point Pleasant for a kids birthday party. The arcade of yesteryear isn’t around much anymore so it’s nice for a place to attempt to recreate the glory days of the early arcades in the 80s. This one doesn’t have some of the classics machines but there is still plenty of good ones to choose from. Most of them were functioning, but there were a few out of order but I wasn’t interested in playing any of those. Big game Hunter, basketball, and football were all there but so were the usual ticket collecting games for adult and children alike. Won tickets and each some prizes. Standard stuff for this type of establishment but the dining area was sizable and could host numerous parties together. Consider this for your child’s next birthday party to keep this business in your area. Nothing else within an hour even comptable to this. I did not eat any of the food but I will try next time.

Parking: Plenty of spots and plenty of room. One row is standard parking and the other row is angled so if you have difficulty with that you have options.

Kid-friendliness: This is a place geared towards kids. The games the food and drinks and the atmosphere overall is kid friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: The parking lot is smooth into the entryway of the establishment. The floor is level but one little incline and it is smooth allowing access to any wheelchair. Plenty of seating and games that are wheelchair accessible.

We pulled in and there was only 1 car in the parking lot. We thought we had just got lucky but as soon as we bought tokens and started walking around, we understood why nobody was there. Over half of the games were out of order. The ones that were “working” didn’t give you as many tickets as you were owed. There were a couple spots where the carpet was soaking wet? That was odd. There was a claw game with the huge selection of two stuffed animals. The “prizes” were an absolute joke. You’d think places like this would switch up their prize selection but no, still the same type of stuff I’d pick from 20+ years ago. Not to mention, the amount of tickets it took just to obtain and plastic spider, is beyond ridiculous. We will never be back!
