When I received my order, the thought that ran through my head was “classic southern cooking”. This is the type of food that you could imagine a grandmother making because she thinks you need more meat on your bones. The biscuits are full, the gravy is thick and classically made with whole chunks of sausage in it, and the portions are big. The atmosphere is right out of a classic diner and comfortable to the point that I would be surprised if the cooks weren’t using griddle...
This was our first time ever at a Tudors Biscuit World. We don't have them where we're from. It looks to be a chain restaurant, but you would not know it. Hands down, it was the best egg, sausage, and cheese biscuit we ever had. The hash rounds were not quite cooked long enough and were a little greasy.
The service is super slow! While in the drive thru the cashier is unable to balance between taking orders and accepting payments. Which leaves the drivie through backed up for long periods of time. The sausage and bacon is often dry to the point where the sausage is hard as a brick and the bacon crumbles. The food is prepared with sloppiness!
