Everytime you order food you have to wait forever. You'd think if you had a wait time for your order it would be fresh and hot. My burger was warm at best and dry like it was cooked yesterday. The fries looked like they layed in the fryer for the night before being taken out from the oil that was running off of them. Ordered a baked potato and was charged for it only to never get it and when asked about it they said they sold out hours ago. That didn't stop them from taking my money for it. Employees are as clean as the dumpster out back. Vulgar conversations from the back that even adult customers wouldnt want to hear. No communication skills what so ever. Dirty floors and tables that looked like they hadn't been cleaned ever. Fountain machine had mold on the drink dispenser. This place needs an overhaul or shut down until someone can take control.

Extremely rude worker at the window. My dad simply asked if there was a straw in the bag for a drink and was met with a “Yeah, I know how to bag orders,” in an extremely snarky tone. Just rude and unprofessional all because he asked a question about something that could be easily forgotten.

Went to Wendy's today between 12-12:30. Made it to the second window where I did NOT get my root beer float that was ordered. The lady at the window said “it was not on my order and I would have to go to the back of the line”, where 6 or more cars were behind me. Mind you I am 20 weeks pregnant and a nurse who had to get back to work. I left with no drink, no sauce for my nuggets and no sour cream. My order should have been shown on the screen. Not impressed with this.

Over from Ohio and decided on Wendy's for lunch. Quick thru the drive thru and good people. This is where it ended. Ordered Asiago Chicken Sandwich combo. $11 and change. Fries were not done. Soft and barely hot. Sandwich was tough. Way to thin for a chicken sandwich and the vegetables were warm. Now to the tea, almost cannot describe it, tea had a lemony smell and the color was very faint. Not what I'm use to from Wendy's and the taste was not tea. Looked and smelled but not tea. Would not recommend as I am one that will write good reviews as well even call and let them know I had a good experience...not this time.
Got a grilled chicken wrap from there and couldn’t even eat it. The tortilla was so hard I had to throw 80% of it away. The one specifically in point pleasant is horrible at night time. Most of the food isn’t even fresh.

The gal taking orders super nice very please, the person giving out food and drinks, didn't say one word to me, even though I did. Completely ignore me. She looked like a manager she was wearing a different shirt. Doesn't cost much to say hello or hi.

Just went there, When they gave me my Food and I pulled over in there parking lot which is right there outside of the window. Because I felt I was missing something That's when I realized they didn't get me my baconator fry. So I walked over to the window and asked they told me I had to come inside. Now the only reason I didn't go inside to begin with is Because I had my granddaughter in the car and I didn't want to drag her in but then I had to get her and go Inside as soon as I got in there they gave me them. Then I get a car and realize they didn't give me a straw But I was not going back in to get one so then I just left as I get down the road a little bit I then realized they didn't give me a fork for my fries. This was my first time at this Wendy's it made a very bad impression for sure.
