Got a grilled chicken wrap from there and couldn’t even eat it. The tortilla was so hard I had to throw 80% of it away. The one specifically in point pleasant is horrible at night time. Most of the food isn’t even fresh.

Notoriously Famous

The gal taking orders super nice very please, the person giving out food and drinks, didn't say one word to me, even though I did. Completely ignore me. She looked like a manager she was wearing a different shirt. Doesn't cost much to say hello or hi.

Just went there, When they gave me my Food and I pulled over in there parking lot which is right there outside of the window. Because I felt I was missing something That's when I realized they didn't get me my baconator fry. So I walked over to the window and asked they told me I had to come inside. Now the only reason I didn't go inside to begin with is Because I had my granddaughter in the car and I didn't want to drag her in but then I had to get her and go Inside as soon as I got in there they gave me them. Then I get a car and realize they didn't give me a straw But I was not going back in to get one so then I just left as I get down the road a little bit I then realized they didn't give me a fork for my fries. This was my first time at this Wendy's it made a very bad impression for sure.

I recently became completely gluten free and this occurred about a month and a half ago. I was in a pinch and needed something quick to eat so I stopped and asked for a plain hamburger patty with lettuce and bacon, I specifically said NO BUN and it even said on my receipt exactly what I wanted and I informed them I couldn’t have gluten. I watched the girl make it and saw her make a normal bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings. So when she brought it to the counter the cashier said I just wanted it plain without a bun you could see the girl’s enormous eye roll from a mile away. But she went back to fix it… I proceeded to watch this girl use HER BARE HANDS (she removed her gloves after bringing the original burger to the counter) to take everything off the burger and then put the plain patty back in the container and hand it to me. I was furious but kept my calm and walked out of the restaurant, I know everyone has bad days so I decided not to make hers any worse. I now regret that and wish I would have confronted them immediately! Clearly I couldn’t eat the burger patty because it was contaminated with the wheat from the bun already… not to mention her nasty hands. I opened the package when I left to throw away the patty and the smell was absolutely horrible! I’m glad I didn’t eat the food anyway, it smelled days old. I can’t imagine how they handle food for the drive through if this is what they do while you watch them make your food!

Went there today after going to urgent care and spent 31.81 on 3 spicy chicken sandwiches, 2 without lettuce and tomato and one regular. Got 4 jr bacons and a son of baconator. All 3 of the spicy chicken sandwiches had ranch instead of mayo and was gross! Didn’t realize it until i got home and tried to eat them. Even my daughter wouldn’t eat them.

came through the drive thru one morning and ordered the 2 for 3...picked the wedges and sausage cheese muffin..muffin wasnt toasted..didnt think anything about it until i returned days later. asked the drive through cashier if the muffins were supposed to be toasted and replied yes...told her that my last order wasnt and said ahe would make sure this one was ! got my food and sure enough; not toasted! called and spoke with the manager...was told they put my name on the list for the order to be remade. stopped by today to get my remake and was told that my name wasn't on the list! i worked for wendys for 15 years! and not one time have i ever been treated this way nor have i done it to someone else! if i could give no stars , i would...just absolutely shameless....ill tell everyone i know to skip your establishment! what a joke!

Cashier acted as if someone was holding a gun to her head making her work and we was just ruining her day for simply making a very small order during early evening hours and soon as management heard her tone with customers should have been immediately sent home or at the least sent to the back to work

My pregnant wife stopped here to grab herself some lunch, and the customer service from this wendys is sadly horrible. She had ordered a blueberry pomegranate lemonade, and the exchange on this item was sad, first off the young man who was there giving her the drink decided to give my wife a leaking cup, as he handed it to her, my wife pulls her arm back into the car cause the drink it spilling all over her hand and the car, he looks at her and says "yeah I don't know why that was happening" and takes it in to readjust the lid, not only that the drink was not even mixed, the syrup of the blueberry pomegranate is just sitting at the bottom of the drink, its not hard to give a paying customer their corrected ordered item. During that time, she kindly asked for napkins, being ignored. The young associate decides to turn around to his fellow associates and proceeds to laugh and ignore her. No napkins in the bag, either. Bad customer service.

I placed a mobile order because my 5 yr old son was asleep in the car, they refused to give it to me through the drive thru window as I've done every other time. When I pulled up to the window the rude lady just waved me off and wouldn't open the window. I was just going to ask which door it was closest to so I didn't have to wake my son up or leave him in the car for an unnecessary amount of time.
