The food was delicious but the service was terrible, there were two girls in the front who were very kind, but there was a young boy there who was very rude and disrespectful and an older lady there (who I assume was the owner) allowed him to get away with it.

my family and i stopped here today excited to try the ice cream. they had no descriptions for the sundaes or milkshakes, only pictures. the lady at the counter was very miserable. they charged us $15 for a cup and didnāt even tell us or have anything up about there being a charge. they then charged us for the actual milkshake that was in the cup. they didnāt even ask and just assumed we wanted the cup. and if it was with that milkshake they couldāve said something and we wouldnāt have gotten it. i think the employees need to be trained on how to actually greet and talk to customers. iām a server as well so i know some things you just canāt help but please give your employees some training. we will never stop here again so you just lost what couldāve been a loyal customer. none the less the ice cream itself wasnāt bad.

We stumbled upon a hidden gem during our tripāthe town of Point Pleasant, featuring the Mothman Museum, Point Pleasant Trading Company, Mothman Blacklight Mini-Golf, and Whatās the Scoop. All within walking distance of each other.
After the museum we treated ourselves to delicious ice cream at Whatās the Scoop. Their creatively themed āMothmanā is not only tasty but also perfect for snapping some fun photos.

This kooky ice cream shop is a great way to sit and relax a little. Got the Mothman Sunday, then my friend and I enjoyed that while playing Connect Four. (They have other games to occupy your time!)
The ice cream tasted very good, but I found multiple small splinters of wood in it and had to throw most of the $10 sundae away. :(( Would've been 5 stars otherwise, very cute shop.

I loved how it was more than just ice cream. Thereās art work you can purchase as well as ice cream. Great atmosphere, amazing staff and the ice cream was soooooo cute. If I didnāt have a sweet tooth I would have felt bad about eating it.

Went for my Anniversary trip and ordered the Flatwoods. Best cheesecake I've had(on the top) though I don't eat a lot of cheesecake. The staff were very nice and helpful. If you are going to Point Pleasant, stop by here at least once.

Conveniently located in front of the statueā¦ Fun theme ice creamā¦ My daughter got the moth man cupā¦ ice cream was creamy and delicious. Super nice staff. Will definitely return on our next trip through to the festival in September!
