My wait was okay but I was missing my fries and the drinks were was the wrong size. All in all they are usually pretty good with the orders to it was the first time something has been wrong with order.
I’m very disappointed with this Arby’s. We eat there every time we pass by traveling north or south on I-77, which is 8 times a year. Their food is pretty good. They accept orders through the App. This last time, they wouldn’t accept any of the deals in the App and they don’t offer the deals in the store. No more for us, there are other Arby’s up and down I-77.

This locations food is so much better, worth the extra few minutes to drive there.
The hamburger was pretty good for a place not known for hamburgers and the bacon was kinda crispy how I like it on the burger. The curley fries was tasty and lightly salted how I like. Couldn't make chicken wraps which kinda sucked though. Overall not a bad place to eat.

Cashier that took my order was not friendly and didn’t act like he wanted to be there. I had a take out order I asked for a grilled chicken club wrap got a fried chicken wrap. Ask for sauce for my nuggets got none. Over all experience was not good. I usually love Arby’s but that was not a good experience.
