Waitress was horrible: didnt listen to our order, brought out wrong entrées, salads were wrong and by the time the new one was ready the food was there. The food itself was good. Then she tried to over charge me for the two wrong entrees plus a mysterious 2 more, and another drink. NEVER AGAIN.

Me and my aunt had never been to Big Bites before. We were a bit shocked at the price, but really impressed by the portions. I definitely recommend Big Bites if you're wanting a good filling meal and kind service.

My cousins were in town, and decided to take me out for dinner. Talk about diamond in the rough, Big Bite Restaurant is it when dining in Princeton!! The food was amazingly awesome and the same could be said of the staff. Anytime I am home, I will certainly plan to have at least one meal here!! Thank you for being in Princeton, WV!!!

Was trying to place a take out order and the older lady with purple hair was so high she couldn't function. She took some bagged food to a table and also tried to give it to me while I was literally trying to place an order. She couldn't answer any of my questions was extremely disoriented and on top of it was rude. Even asked if I was sure it wasn't my order she was trying to give me after I kept telling her I still needed to make one. Sorry but won't be returning.

Service was ok. Onion rings crunchy but seemed to be missing the onion. Catfish was good, scallops and shrimp ok, kind of tough. Salad with ranch tasted very watery.

Dined in with a few friends. The food and staff were amazing! However the building could use some improvements the ac was apparently not functioning correctly. So unfortunately it was a bit on the warmer side during our experience.
My first time, Seafood Alfredo is to die for!!!! I have a new favorite place to eat and the prices are great too!!!

Heard about this place from a sales agent and decided to give it a try. Ordered a meatball sub and a steak Alfredo with extra bread and for dessert a chocolate overload cake. Food portions are huge! Meatball sub was split between two teen boys and dad who all thought it was tasty. Steak Alfredo was split between my daughter and her boyfriend and myself. The sauce and noodles also tasted good ,however; the steak was more like shaved beef or steakems meat. It had a processed meat taste and definitely wasn't something I would order again. Go for the chicken or the plain unless you like the shaved processed meat. Breadsticks were great and cake was also a very big slice and tasted good. The woman who served us through Drive thru was very nice. The wait was a little long, however we did order a pasta dish and were glad it is even offered in a place with a drive thru. Would return.

4/19/25 at around 4:50PM. Ordered (1) 12 Piece Wings, and a couple Fries. The woman who served me was younger, early 20’s. Dressed professionally. Had an old school, very polite attitude. Knew her manners. You can tell she had good home training growing up. Thank you for the (UPMOST) common courtesy. Well done. Small things like that are hard to find nowadays. It’s the simple things.
