Stopped in after a day of skiing at Winter Place. Food was great, service was amazing. Staff was super friendly. Ask for Joe, our drinks were never empty, and his service was excellent.

Went to dinner on New Year’s Eve 2025. I have to say the Waiter was the best his name was Joseph, in Princeton WV so if you get a chance have him be your server! I do not know him personally but he was so Kind and I never had To ask for a thing! He kept the glasses full, we ordered a loaded fry appetizer, when it came he said He didn’t feel it was Enough so he put in another order and wasn’t even charged for it. He bought boxes to the table and we didn’t even have to ask. Outstanding Service!! Thank You Joseph!!

First time going to Chili’s I don’t plan to back. The food was not good. The wait was terrible and there was only 5 or 6 people there. I was very disappointed with everything about this visit. What should have been 30 mins took over a hour and a half but worst of all it wasn’t good.

Some shady stuff is going on here. 1st time we have ever been and the food was pretty good and our server was really friendly. Only issue was the table behind us had an absent mother who didn’t know how to control her kid. After dealing with a screaming kid and he kept trying to crawl over the booth into ours while drool and vomiting on the seat for 45mins. We asked nicely for the woman to control her kid and she proclaimed that it was none of our business and that he was 2 years. Then demand the manager come out, here comes the strange part. The manager just stood there and took no position while we had the entire bar of 3pm drunks berate us that we were being cruel to a mother for no reason. The manager never said a word but when we call them drunks that’s when he steps in saying he wasn’t having any of it. Then the woman and her husband took off without paying and when the bartender called it out they havnt paid, one of the random bar goers paid for there’s while still berating us like we were the bad people in that scenario. Feels like the manager had an internal bias for those in there and refused to take any action that would “offend” the regulars. Not to mention one of the regulars was clearly going around and offering for people to come back to his place to “party” and “hang out”. And we all know what that’s code for in WV and it feels like Chili’s management is complicit.
