I travel a lot for work, and eat out as necessary...but I was very surprised tonight. The local Chili's in my home area have really disappointed me in the last few years, but I just felt drawn to this one for tonight. I went, had excellent service from Shelma, the incredible bartender (I wasn't drinking mixed drinks, but sitting at the bar gave me an opportunity to witness her excellence in preparing them), and had an excellent sirloin steak, seasoned well and cooked to perfection. I didn't get the cook's name, but I did ask Shelma to let him know that I was supremely impressed with his preparation. He came out and thanked me for the accolade, and we spoke briefly. All in all, an excellent experience and I'll be likely to default to them next time I'm in town!

Every time we go to Chilis ( not often) it seems as tho the food comes out too fast..irs like the chicken must be cooked already and they just slap it on the plate and rush it out!

This is a really good Chili’s. The only reason they’re not getting five stars is it’s still a hit and miss whether you get a good meal or not or just par for the course. And their booths on the inside are broken down and need updating.

Chili’s was hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had! From the moment I walked in, the service was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and quick. The staff made sure we were comfortable and took our order promptly.
What really stood out was how fast the food arrived. Despite the restaurant being busy, everything was served fresh and hot in no time. The flavors were on point, and the portions were generous. Whether it was appetizers, entrees, or desserts, every dish was well-prepared and delicious.
