Ordered a hotdog along with a shake, received the shake but my hotdog sat on the counter for about 10 minutes and I finally had to ask to get my food. My Granddaughter decided she wanted one after we sat down so I went back and ordered a second hotdog, same result had to ask for my food after it sat on the counter for several minutes. Just not very good customer service and the one that took the order was not friendly at all.

Every month I drive thru at dairy queen walker street, princeton wv, 24740.At least 3 to 4 times a month and order a strawberry, banana smoothie. Half the time of the month they don't have ingredients. It's ridiculous that they can't order more ingredients so they won't run out. They even have a 2 grocery stores within 5 minutes from there. I can go to the one on oakvale road and they will have it but out of my way. A couple times they made me a milk shake instead. Didn't think I'd notice.

three hotdogs and a milkshake after I got to the drive-through window to pay for it, it took 30 minutes, not counting the time that it took me waiting in line from the order menu to the window to pay for it and I wish I could upload pictures of the hotdogs they were so soggy the bun was falling apart
