This was my first time experiencing a Hardees! It was pretty good, the food we waited a bit for but it was hot once we got it, and I liked the Chicken Tenders.

This is my second time visiting to this location in the past month for breakfast. Both times the food was lukewarm warm or cold as if it has been sitting for hours. Most disappointing is that the gravy for their biscuits and gravy was barely warm when served. I’m certain it is being held in the kitchen far below requirements for food safety. Needless to say this is also extremely unappetizing.
The staff while receptive and friendly gave the feeling of being completely checkout and uncaring about their customers and more interested in engaging conversation with each other.
The restaurant itself has dirty dining room floors which need to be swept and mopped. The tables appear to have been wiped down with some type of dirty solution which has left an odd residue and spotting. On the plus side… they have decorated the dining room walls with cute Easter decorations.
Needless to say I will not be going back again anytime in the near future.

I don't recommend this restaurant. Our burgers were barely warm and this is common for this location. For the 2nd time a young worker said something smart to us. She literally came out of the restaurant yelling as we were leaving. Wrote to customer service and the manager didn't bother contacting me so they obviously don't care. These kids need to be taught some manners working in these places! Don't go here. Go to the one out towards interstate. Their food and service are much better

Okay when I first arrived that was only two people in line and one lady was ordering quite a few different items some from breakfast and some for lunch because I got there around noon set alarm for approximately 15 minutes before being waited on. The lady at the cash register completely walked away when it was my time to order I had to wait extra and then a different lady came up and took my order by that time I was a little frustrated but I went ahead and placed my order waited on it and we received our food and went to sit down the tables were disgusting not just 1 or 2 tables but at least 7 or 8 .. that does not even the bad part the bad part is we sat down and started eating your food and my bread did not get toasted my food is cold my husband's checking was hard it was not worth the $20 that we spent then we started looking around and like everything was disgusting I walked the bathroom there's no lock on the door with a sign on the door that says Knock first because the lock is messed up whether it was messed up or not I had to use the bathroom so I went to go potty then there's no toilet paper if I could give this place a zero star I would give it zero because everything that could go wrong went wrong I didn't even finish eating my food the lady was walking pass as I asked her if I could get it made fresh or heat it up she completely ignored me and walked out the door I live in North Carolina I'm up here visiting someone in the hospital this is not a good look for Hardee's in general especially here start with that being said I'm definitely going to say do not go and do not waste your money

Food is always cold and laying too long. Breakfest foods are cold and hard to swallow biscuits because cold. Sausage and eggs cold and hash browns cold and this seems to be normal for employees who feel I am wrong to complain and ask for hot and better food. Employees say this is how we make our food and food lays for 30 minutes to 60 minutes and then we trash. This is like this daily. I do not go because I have to immediately trash food it's not eatable and then I will try again and same thing. Also speaker with voice that's mechanical is annoying and you do not have a live person to talk to. Shameful that Hardee's is a restaurant community could utilize but can't because the food is so bad. Never many people there and when people are going to restaurant is because mcdonalds and tutors are slammed and Hardee's no one. Sad Want you change it so we can have good food with yall or close it down if yiu can't. Nasty
The employees are always happy and smiling great service but even better food the biscuits are one of a kind

My burger was missing the burger patty, lettuce and cheese. Fries were nasty old. Other burgers were cold that I did receive. When I gave them the burger back that was missing the patty, lettuce and cheese they threw a cold patty on there and gave it to me. Burger was smashed and nasty looking, it Still didn’t have the cheese and when I told them there still wasn’t lettuce on it they said they were out (which I don’t believe). Customer service was extremely poor. Tried making small talk and although the girl wasn’t rude she made it clear she wasn’t in the mood.. Would not recommend either of the Princeton locations.
