If you’re ever in Princeton, West Virginia, check out Jimmy’s. The food was great and it’s wonderful to say this restaurant reopened after many years. CHECK IT OUT.

Stopped here as I passed through Princeton and man I wish I lived closer to this place. I would go here everyday! Friendly staff, fast service and the food itself was stellar!

I got the Appalachia Burger with onion rings and my daughter got the fried chicken sandwich.
We were both delightfully satisfied, my only complaint is the small amount of onion rings which were delicious.
I will be returning.
Thank you Jimmies.

Great restaurant. Very good food. Owner used to cook at the Greenbrier. I had the Jimmie burger which had 1/2 pound burger, ham, fried egg, house made 2000 island dressing(that’s what the menu says) lettuce and tomato. Onion rings were deep fried to near perfection. The menu is special today when we went because Mercer Street has a cruise in tonight and every third Saturday during summer. Well worth stopping in to Jimmies to eat and feel what it’s like to go back in time when things were more simple like the 50’s 60’s and 70’s. Mercer street has that old school feeling and jimmies puts the exclamation mark on it. I gave everything a 5 star rating because the food tastes fresh and the atmosphere gives that dive feeling.
