Great restaurant. Very good food. Owner used to cook at the Greenbrier. I had the Jimmie burger which had 1/2 pound burger, ham, fried egg, house made 2000 island dressing(that’s what the menu says) lettuce and tomato. Onion rings were deep fried to near perfection. The menu is special today when we went because Mercer Street has a cruise in tonight and every third Saturday during summer. Well worth stopping in to Jimmies to eat and feel what it’s like to go back in time when things were more simple like the 50’s 60’s and 70’s. Mercer street has that old school feeling and jimmies puts the exclamation mark on it. I gave everything a 5 star rating because the food tastes fresh and the atmosphere gives that dive feeling.

It’s a good place to eat and it’s not a bad place. I just think adding alcohol to the menu is adding to the problem that this area is seeing. Addiction rates are screaming and just a personal opinion I think it’s a mistake. I won’t be dining here myself due to the new changes.

Long wait due to mothers day but food was good, atmosphere is a nice retro vibe. So much better than fast food!

Had our first visit to Jimmies Restaurant today. The section of Princeton is charming. We enjoyed a margarita pizza and salad. All the food at everyone’s tables looked SOOOOO good. If you are looking for a burger/sandwich/pizza, give it a try! Really happy that we did today.

You must try this amazing little diner. Super cute, VERY clean, the staff were extremely friendly. The food was SO TASTY. They had some simple, yet creative twists on their menu. I had the homemade pimento grilled cheese with bacon pepper jam & bacon with fresh cut fries….. that was the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The flavors were incredible. A burger with fried green tomatoes was on the menu… you can’t get much better than this. Simple Country food with a FLAVORFUL twist. A must try if you are in the area. My picture doesn’t do it justice. Hats off to the amazing cooks who prepared this food.
