Great restaurant. Very good food. Owner used to cook at the Greenbrier. I had the Jimmie burger which had 1/2 pound burger, ham, fried egg, house made 2000 island dressing(that’s what the menu says) lettuce and tomato. Onion rings were deep fried to near perfection. The menu is special today when we went because Mercer Street has a cruise in tonight and every third Saturday during summer. Well worth stopping in to Jimmies to eat and feel what it’s like to go back in time when...
Had our first visit to Jimmies Restaurant today. The section of Princeton is charming. We enjoyed a margarita pizza and salad. All the food at everyone’s tables looked SOOOOO good. If you are looking for a burger/sandwich/pizza, give it a try! Really happy that we did today.

We were both delightfully satisfied, my only complaint is the small amount of onion rings which were delicious.
