Great restaurant. Very good food. Owner used to cook at the Greenbrier. I had the Jimmie burger which had 1/2 pound burger, ham, fried egg, house made 2000 island dressing(that’s what the menu says) lettuce and tomato. Onion rings were deep fried to near perfection. The menu is special today when we went because Mercer Street has a cruise in tonight and every third Saturday during summer. Had our first visit to Jimmies Restaurant today. The section of Princeton is charming. We enjoyed a margarita pizza and salad. All the food at everyone’s tables looked SOOOOO good. If you are looking for a burger/sandwich/pizza, give it a try! Really happy that we did today.
You must try this amazing little diner. Super cute, VERY clean, the staff were extremely friendly. The food was SO TASTY. They had some simple, yet creative twists on their menu. I had the homemade pimento grilled cheese with bacon pepper jam & bacon with fresh cut fries….. that was the most delicious sandwich I’ve ever eaten. The flavors were incredible.
