This is the absolute worst KFC I have ever seen in my life. Of the last 5 orders I have placed, they have messed up 4 of them. I even got coleslaw that was literally only cabbage and carrots with no coleslaw dressing on it. Last time, we ordered extra crispy chicken, and when my husband went to pick it up, it was all original. Luckily, he checked it before coming home. He had to wait a half hour for extra crispy chicken. I called the corporate office to complain, but haven't heard from them yet.

I will never eat there again. They were out of pop, need to change their cooking oil regularly. It makes a difference in the food/flavor. Eating out is not cheap,so if you buy a 10.00-15.00 dollar meal it should be good. You buy those meals,they give you a small drink. Where the cooking oil was old, the fries were brown and hard. The same for the chicken. This place needs to straighten up. If you’re going to run a large chain restaurant- you should never run out of anything, you should change the oil regularly.

Ordered an 8 piece family meal and I sat in the parking lot waiting for almost 30 minutes and i wasnt the only customer waiting , Employee who helped me was nice but alot of them seemed like they didn't know what was going on. Lack of delegation.

Spent $40+ dollars on a family 12pcs meal and was told I couldn't get any sauces with my meal. Was told it would be 25c a peice. RIDICULOUS!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
Assistant Manager was awful. I won't say her name but she was very dishonest about a very serious crime that took place under her watch. Thank goodness they have cameras throughout the building. They fired the employee that committed the assualt but she lied and wouldnt release the footage. When the police forced her, she sent the wrong days footage. 3rd time she gave in. I only post this because she didn't get in any trouble, other than an in house talking to. Thank you Princeton City Police!

I don’t have a clue as to what happened there today, the food is usually very good and fresh but today i went through the drive through and ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Fries were cold and the chicken looked like it had been laying for hours. I really didn’t have time to take it back bc i was on lunch. To pay almost 10 bucks for a meal and it is barely edible is absurd!! I love KFC but you guys have to do better!!!

I went there today for lunch and there were 3 people standing in line. My sister and I waited probably 6-7 minutes and no one came to take orders. Finally the lady in front ask a lady that was working would someone please wait on us. The lady said she had several orders at the drive thru to fill and after that she maybe able to take orders. She explained that they were short handed and had no one to work the front. We walked out, that’s ridiculous!
Food was ready very quickly.
