Maaaaaaan someone tell evening shift to stop slapping a lb of sauce on the chicken sandwich, might as well call it the saucy chicken sandwich. Ended up switching the bun with one at home and it’s the only thing that made it edible.

This is the absolute worst KFC I have ever seen in my life. Of the last 5 orders I have placed, they have messed up 4 of them. I even got coleslaw that was literally only cabbage and carrots with no coleslaw dressing on it. Last time, we ordered extra crispy chicken, and when my husband went to pick it up, it was all original. Luckily, he checked it before coming home. He had to wait a half hour for extra crispy chicken. I called the corporate office to complain, but haven't heard from them yet.

I will never eat there again. They were out of pop, need to change their cooking oil regularly. It makes a difference in the food/flavor. Eating out is not cheap,so if you buy a 10.00-15.00 dollar meal it should be good. You buy those meals,they give you a small drink. Where the cooking oil was old, the fries were brown and hard. The same for the chicken. This place needs to straighten up. If you’re going to run a large chain restaurant- you should never run out of anything, you should change the oil regularly.

I love kfc chicken/fries etc. But today was awful. I will never go back to the one in Princeton.1- they were out of pop.2- they need to change their oil 3- fries were dark brown from the old cooking oil. 4- chicken was ok except you could tell they were cooked in the OLD oil.5- the fries didn’t even have a taste.. I’m always bragging to people how good KFC fries are but not anymore

Ordered an 8 piece family meal and I sat in the parking lot waiting for almost 30 minutes and i wasnt the only customer waiting , Employee who helped me was nice but alot of them seemed like they didn't know what was going on. Lack of delegation.

Spent $40+ dollars on a family 12pcs meal and was told I couldn't get any sauces with my meal. Was told it would be 25c a peice. RIDICULOUS!!! I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!
