As I was walking in I saw the sign saying face mask required. Next thing I saw was someone without a mask. Why isn't this being enforced?? It sure would help. Then I couldn't find anything I was looking for. So between those 2 things, I went somewhere else.

My husband and I got gas and was charged $125 pre authorization charge in addition to $35 for the gas. I understand pre-authorization charges are necessary but $125 is excessive and absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend getting gas here because you will be hit with a hidden charge.

You need to put cashiers back on the registers. Standing in long lines at the self-checkout is not the way to service customers. The majority of people do not care for self checkout and by having no registers open, you are trying to force people to use them. Not a smart business decision to alienate your customers.
Kroger on Stafford Drive is a great place to shop! It has lots of items you can’t find elsewhere, great friendly staff that will help you find anything that you can’t locate.
