Food almost always cold, not fresh at all. Ketchup on burgers is nonexistent. I'm honestly not sure how you can get that small of an amount on them. Act like it's an inconvenience that you are even there ordering anything.

I ate here about 3 days ago and I'm still recovering from food poisoning. The first meal I ate that day was a quarter pounder meal and a couple hours later, I threw up 11 times. The onions tasted horrible and vile and I didn't eat them, I'm not sure what on that burger made me so sick if it wasn't the onions. I lost my appetite for 2 days, I was weak and sore, and couldn't get out of bed.
McDonald's, please make sure your food is not left out or old. I don't want anyone going through what I went through.

This place is horrible, I stopped going there because my order was never right, the food was disgusting and it always took at least 30 minutes to get your order
I ordered a Big Mac Meal (no pickle extra cheese extra sauce). Not too difficult right? Evidently it was impossible. The Big Mac came like this: Bottom bun, cheese, burger, cheese, PICKLES, sauce, burger, bun, bun. No lettuce. AND IT WAS COLD!!!!

I ordered double cheeseburger fries and strawberry milkshake. Waited 30 minutes on it. Ask for a refund they got my food out fast then. But didn't get my fries milkshake had no taste at all. They were busy but an employee came in for j is check which was fine but then started handing out checks to people working there. So work slowed down. I was traveling through twice I have stopped there service was slow both times. Staff was friendly

I’m a door dashing driver and everytime I go to this location there is a man manager he’s tall with long black hair, he yells at the door dashing drivers me included to give him the code, he is very inconsiderate of his guests, some of the new diver don’t know to use the code and instead of yelling at the for the code he should stop to think that maybe they don’t know, I’ve had multiple problems with him yelling and being disrespectful, someone needs to do something about him because that’s not good customer service, this morning I went to pick up an order and this little old lady was door dashing as well and he was so hateful towards her, I understand it’s busy in the morning but whoever steps foot in that restaurant is considered a guest and he shouldn’t be allowed to speak to them the way he does, he will treat us like garbage but then turns to his staff and jokes around with him, they need to get a new manager who can treat customers with respect, I’m sick of going in there and getting yelled at just because I’m picking up an order and I’m pretty sure other drivers are as well because the way he spoke to this woman the morning, he should have been fired on the spot he is very unprofessional and it makes the business look bad. Next time I go in I will be posting his name because me nor other guests deserve to be treated that way and I’ve put it off way to long about making a post but like I said I’m sick of getting treated that way, you put your pants on the same way we do, there is no need in treating people this way and it wasn’t only one time it’s everytime I go in. McDonald’s…… do better with hiring managers. And whoever the young man was who was putting hash browns in the wrappers, you need to wear gloves, I watched to touch every too often every hash brown you put up

Food is usually pretty good here the only reason I gave it a 3 is bc I've been through the drive thru twice now in the last year and the first mess up was I ordered a big Mac and got bread, sauce, cheese and pickles..no meat. Then the second time was when I ordered sausage gravy it was watery... staff has always been nice. Service is good. Just a few mess ups on food but your gonna have that in life
