Ordered the large 14” pizza and got a 12” instead. Pieces were small enough to fit the palm of your hand. It was delivered cold. Boneless wings were soggy. Even their tracking didn’t show anything until after it was delivered. This papa John’s never was the greatest, now it’s horrible.

Every time I go into the store all employees here are super friendly. I never have to wait very long and if I do they apologize and even gave me discount card. If your wanting pizza i highly recommend getting it here. Food is always perfect and I have never had an issue.

I was disappointed with my recent experience at this restaurant. I ordered a special deal that included a one-topping stuffed crust pizza and a medium meat lovers pizza, but the total came out to be $50 for just me and my two toddlers. I decided to downsize my order to a medium cheese pizza not stuffed crusr , but the price was still $40. To make matters worse, the pizza was not even good - the oven was too hot, causing bubbles to form everywhere, and the cheese was lacking. When I checked the app later, I found that I could have gotten both pizzas for $25 with a $4 discount. The whole experience was frustrating, and I think the restaurant needs to improve their customer service skills and cooking techniques.

Papa track never works at this location. Works other places. Very inconvenient to not have this service when you’re expecting a delivery.
We are traveling through West Virginia and stop to rest and get a hotel in Princeton WV. The pizza at Papa John's was so good, the delivery young lady was so nice as well as the staff on the phone. We were wanting to order a medium size pizza but they suggested the large size pizza and we are glad we did. Thank you so much.

Order a pizza for delivery while in town. It was excellent and delivery girl was polite.
Took close to a hour and a half to get pizza when it finally arrived it was cold and looked like it had been dropped upside down went to call and no one will answer it just rings and rings and a recording comes on
